CST has been such a wonderful treatment for me, having been in a car accident and healing from physical tension and anxiety. Adele has been amazing and not only is she great at what she does, she is an extremely wonderful and warm person who genuinely cares about your healing and takes the time to get into all the right spots. I highly recommend Adele for healing, she's amazing!

Before seeing Adele, my back was sore. I had broken 4 times throughout my life and I have had 2 MRI's. Some days I found it hard to get out of bed. After seeing Adele, I jump out of bed and I feel great. One amazing thing about Adele is that she was able to see that I had fogginess in my head, and not only did she identified it, she was able to get rid of it for me! I feel amazing after seeing Adele. I always recommend Adele to everyone I know! She is amazing!

I don't truly understand how Adele's treatments work but the outcome is amazing. There is a calming of my nervous system that enables, my body to continue healing. As well, I experienced a powerful unblocking of birth trauma locked deep in my body. Adele truly has healing hands. She is very compassionate and fun. I highly recommend her.

I found Adele, after searching long for another modality for my chronic pain and migraines. I can't thank my stars enough to have found her. I have completed three sessions with her, and I had substantial improvement in my symptoms. I finally have some quality of life, that was missing for most of my life. I cannot recommend Adele enough. I tried cranial sacral therapy for the first time with Adele, she was very thorough on her intake and took the time to understand me which made my body relax that much more. I suffer from chronic whiplash symptoms and PTSD resulting in a lot of neck and upper back/shoulder pain. The treatment itself is gentle, yet mighty. I felt like I had finally caught a breath after running a marathon for years. My body settled down in a way I haven't felt in a long time. I slept so well and I still am noticing the reduction of pain in my body. Adele is very intuitive and has a passion for her work. Really happy to have her as an addition to my wellness team.

My experience with Adele was amazing and quite astonishing. It helped me acknowledge bodily and mental trauma that i did not know i was harboring and eliviate ulceritive colitis symptoms and inflammation. I knew nothing of this treatment or how it really worked or what the outcome would be, however since receiving it i feel much looser (less tense) in my body and i no longer have a tention pain in lower back/tailbone/ from abdomen pelvic region. I also have a much more focused, calm mind. I have been suffering with ulceritive colitis since i was a child and although i have my symptoms mostly under control i still have a flare every 6 months. Before i had the treatment i was having a colitis symptoms of urgent trips to the bathroom, and internal bleeding. Within 24hrs of the treatment my symptoms reduced by 70%, and now 2 weeks after my symptoms have reduced even further to 90%. A thousand Thank yous Adele! For anyone on the fence, please just try it! Its a non invasive solution to any illness that is rooted in metaphysical block and stress.

For many months prior to meeting Adele I was unwell and trying to recover from some stressful events post-Covid. I was experiencing a lot of tension headaches, muscle pains, insomnia, and anxiety; just to name a few.
