Their answering machine states that they have doctors accepting patients but when asked they stated that the message was old. I said many are looking for doctors and they should update it. She said thanks and hung up.

Even if having appointment, you will have to wait for 2-3 hours. Staff is not supportive.

All staff were amazing. Such a welcoming and comforting environment as well. They never made me feel unheard or uncomfortable. Best clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. So happy to see people around have the option to go to this amazing place to help them. Learned more there than from any dr. 11/10 would recommend.

My experience at this clinic was lovely. Everyone that worked there was very kind and caring and I really felt that I was being taken care of. My waiting time was quite long - I had arrived on time for my 1:30 appointment but didn't leave the clinic until a little bit after 5, but I believe this was due to a high volume of patients that day. The procedure itself went by fairly quick - I quickly passed out after being given the sedative so I don't actually remember any of the procedure, which I guess is a bonus. All in all, a wonderful place with wonderful, caring staff.

Although I experienced some complications (not the clinic’s fault whatsoever, it just happens) I had such a great experience here. You’ll receive the utmost care and everyone is so kind. I feel very grateful to have such a valuable service available to me

Literally everything went very nice and smooth, very great counsellor, nurses and the doctor was amazing. My only problem was with that one lady at the recovery room, I felt she was being very rude and kind of judgmental with her attitude. Sometimes you don't have to express with words certain things, they are just obvious with your attitude. Overall great clinic.

Excellent experience. Quiet and peaceful and even had a atrium that's private if you need fresh air. Extremely calm respectful and nice staff. Counseling was amazing and makes sure you feel safe and know what you want. Worst experience of my life was made okay by staff, would recommend. Also no protesters were outside so that's a bonus.

The staff were super supportive and comforting, everything felt as comfortable until the procedure, I was told it would be a discomfort but the medication would take care of the pain and if I was still in pain they would increase the medication but that wasn’t the case. The nurse just told me to settle down which is easier said than done when you’re in a lot of pain like that. Anyways everything else was great and almost all the staff was helpful and made me feel like I was taken care of!

Do not believe the nay sayers on these reviews! The ladies at this clinic were so incredibly kind and so helpful! I felt like I had someone there with me every step of the way and no one judges you. It was a lovely and inviting environment and the ladies that work there work hard to make it so! I was so nervous to get the procedure but everyone made sure I wasn't forced to do anything I was uncomfortable with. The procedure itself was super fast and easy and after they give you cookies and juice and a heating pad :).If you think this is the right decision for you do not hesitate to let the ladies here help you!
