To whom it may concern,Last weekend we went to your Hillcrest store #138 to exchange pyjamas than my 88 year old mother purchased from your Newmarket location.Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by both the manager Patsy and sales associate Maryam.You at corporate office should take lessons from this team and acknowledge these young ladies. As a personal shopper it was my job to report about my various experiences with stores.These two young ladies should be put on a totem pole for there exceptional customer service skills and their patience in turning around a negative into a positive. Because of their behaviour, they manages to turn around a return into a 300.00 sale.As you know Customer care is essential for businesses and it is my recommendation that you have your other locations take lessons from learn from your Richmondhill team.They truly care for there customers.All I can say is WOW We will definitely be coming back to shop at that location.Regards,Debbie DelMedico and Penny

Great choice of lingerie

Just wanted to share that Julie at this location is a very pleasant salesperson. She helped me find a few bathing suits yesterday and her customer service was incredible. She was warm, friendly and never felt frustrated or rushed despite my long list of requests. Thank you, Julie!

Well, I was hesitant to write this review but after reading other reviews, it’s important to let the management of this brand know that the manager of this exact store is so unprofessional, rude, have no idea what customer service is all about. The rest of the staff are so nice and friendly. We went today to buy an item and she did not allow us to try it on and we can only use the fitting room to try on BRAS not allowed for Pajamas or any other clothings claiming this is York region rules!!! Following the rules are for own safety. I would not do anything but to respect it. But I don’t get why u can try on Bra’s but not Pajamas.??? !!! Where is logic in this??? I was there last Sunday and I tried on a jumpsuit and bought it. The manager who refused to give her name was not even wearing her mask properly !!! Kept fixing it the entire conversation, as the mask was not covering her mouth and nose properly ( the role model ) and no one at the front door screening or at least ask clients to sanitize like all other stores. She claimed that every morning she checks all other stores in the mall and no one has their fitting rooms available which is unfortunately not right. All stores fitting rooms are open !!! Why the lie??? Why Fairview mall’s fitting rooms are open ? Are the rules only implemented on this particular store ? And when I asked her name, she told me are you ready to leave the store ???she installed and humiliated me in front of the clients and my kids which is unacceptable. I would really want to hear back from La vie en rose. I noticed all the reviewers issues are the store manager !!! It’s such a tough time for everyone and the least we can do is to be kind to each other and as helpful as possible not add more pain a agony.

I asked if there was size small available from a table of PJ sets, an employee stated the only available size I want was on a mannequin and suggested she can give me the one displayed. I am buying the product as a gift so I prefer it unpackaged, therefore will buy it online instead. Immediately, the employee informed me about the lack of sizes available online and insisted I buy the one on the mannequin. Note, I went in-store to see the products in person after viewing them online, and would have bought them while I'm there IF they had the sizes I wanted. I get that you want to increase in-store sales or achieve sales target, but deceiving a customer can greatly affect your overall business as well. By the way, there's a full range of sizes in stock for all La Vie en Rose pajamas sets online, I even checked before I left the store. Please train your employees sales ethics and PROPER customer service. It seems like 2.6 stars is overrated for this store.

We walked in and manager comes and tells us we are not allowed drinks. No where on the door says 'drinks not allowed'. Anyways its fine but could have been said in a polite way". Clearly

They have a nice selection of different items. They also had a sale. The service was friendly. Thanks

The store manager is the problem. I understand due to covid the number of staff is limited or businesses are trying to cut down on the number of people in store however they were way in over their heads !I went it the day before black Friday but the sales were ongoing , had to wait in line for 20 mins to exchange something ( 2 people cashing people out and there was only 2 people in line!! ) , the manager and the other staff member could not figure out how to process my exchange. After waiting for 15 minutes once I asked whats the hold up , there were no apologies , and the response to me saying I have to be somewhere was “ I don’t know how long the system will take , if you need to go its your decision”. This customer service is unacceptable specially from a manager.
