Waited an eternity in an understaffed drive thru, to order their newest popcorn McFlurry, only to be told without explanation or apology that they only have smarties or Oreo. Will be making a complaint to HQ.

Newly renovated, looks great. No longer have kids play area. Customer service was a bit challenged.Missing antibacterial gel in the restaurant- need it after using self serve ordering screens.

We ordered food for my kids birthday Party and they forgot SO MANY things like a whole entire happy meal 20 chicken nuggets etc and i called more than 10 times and they didn’t answer

Food was good and properly served. This is much better than my last 2 visits.The service at counter was sterile and took time to the attention of the cashier to start the ordering process.Popular place for local area residents to just hang out..

Went through drive through at 12:00 am lady on speaker told me to hold on and I was the last person in line up understandably. Waiting 15 minutes to order meanwhile a bunch of cars pull up and she began taking their order instead of mine when I was first in line. Then we she comes to my speaker i asked her about it and she bluntly lied saying he was there first like I didn’t just witness him pulling up and being served before me. Anyways long story short I waited over 45 minutes for my food for her to tell me it’s normal no apologies nothing but pure attitude! Also once I got home I noticed she didn’t even give my receipt. Food was cold too . Thank god I ordered online so I can provide proof for when I call head office. I’m a regular there never experienced this till tonight, also it’s my first time going to that location at night. Never had a issue with daytime it must be the night manager because it wasn’t even busy.

This is one of the worse McDonald's in Laval! Most of the time the drive-thru is long and slow. The evening crew is not organized , they are slow to ready your order and get it wrong often. Waiting 20 minutes for a small poutine is crazy and once I got it it was wrong.

Unprofessional Behavior by Staff Member, Eteine B, at McDonald'sI recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's while picking up an order to deliver as an Uber driver. I encountered a staff member named Eteine B, who displayed unprofessional behavior and made my visit quite unpleasant. Despite having picked up numerous orders from this restaurant before, this particular encounter was by far the worst.When I arrived at the restaurant to collect the order, Eteine B initially tried to kick me out, which was completely uncalled for. As an Uber driver, it is my responsibility to deliver orders efficiently, and I always follow the protocols outlined by Uber. However, Eteine B insisted that I confirm the order on the app before handing it over, contrary to the established procedure.Not only was Eteine B unhelpful, but their demeanor was also rude, condescending, and they seemed to consider themselves superior, despite being an assistant manager. This lack of professionalism and respect was highly disappointing, as I have always received better service at this McDonald's location in the past.As a delivery driver, I understand the importance of effective communication and adhering to the proper protocols. It is unfortunate that Eteine B did not demonstrate these qualities during my visit. I hope that McDonald's management takes note of this incident and takes appropriate action to address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Eteine B.Additionally, I would like to add that Eteine B's attitude and unprofessional behavior made me increasingly irritated during the interaction. Their dismissive and condescending tone pushed me to the point of raising my voice. It is unfortunate that such an encounter escalated to that level, as it could have been easily avoided with more courteous and respectful behavior from Eteine B.Overall, I would not recommend McDonald's based on this particular experience. The unprofessional behavior and poor customer service by Eteine B left a negative impression, and I believe it is essential for the staff to treat all customers, including delivery drivers, with respect and professionalism.
