Ovintiv Events Centre
While the venue is nice, and the staff are amazing. When I went to the Alabama Concert it was unbearably hot in the venue itself. There was no relief anywhere, even the outdoor smoking area was in direct sunlight, with no shaded areas (as I found out, and I don't even smoke). I felt sick and overheated, I had to leave. A shame really, I only got to see Charlie Major (he was awesome). Even a cheap fan would've helped. The venue is awesome for winter concerts!

Great sound and not a bad seat in the building. Wish they still had an area for smokers at events because now you just have people smoking in bathrooms or leaving early with no re-entry. Seems silly to me. I'd rather they have an outside area than have people smoking in bathrooms.

I was fortunate to be able to be part of a conference here after being elected to town council. I had an amazing experience here. We were treated to the opportunity throw some axes, enjoy the walking track - which I highly recommend! -and had some really great food and refreshments. The staff was amazing and everything was so clean. No end to cold water at the tables. The sound and video for the presentations was seamless. One of the best functions I’ve been to. Thank you!!

The concert was great. The only suggestion I'dake is to have someone in the parking lot directing traffic before and after. It should take and hour to leave after an event.

Nice spacious venue. Remember to take earmuffs for kids if u are bringing them along. Gets loud in there.

Ovintiv Events Centre
We went to the FMX world tour and it was great. My kids had a blast. They had a deal for Kids packs, which was convenient. Family friendly and was fun to watch.
