Reception was busy with a call and left a message. Call was returned asap and accommodated my needs of my daughter.Will definitely return to Brad for my optometry appointments in the future

We've been going here for years, all those other years we never had any issues. Anyway, today we got accused for stealing glasses frames that has no prescription!!! Why would we steal frames when we can pay them?I don't recommend this place or else they will accuse you for stealing too.

Reception is awful and rude. Left 3 messages that were never returned. No courtesy call for an upcoming appointment. Calls often went to voice-mail.

Male receptionist is rude over the phone. Rude to me when I made an appointment last year and rude to my husband when he called about his this month.

Very had to contact this place. Reception rarely answers the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for 10+ minutes until you hang up. Also, very unprofessional as they mixed up 2 patients with the same names. Had to explain multiple of times my partner never had an eye exam done in the last 2 years & they said he came in recently. Took a half hour to clear this mess up when they finally figured out there was another patient with the same name. We will be finding a new place to go to. Very sad to have to leave as Dr. Wakegijig is great, but the management/ reception is terrible.

Eye appointment went very well considering that my prescription changed a lot but am satisfied with my appointment an wakegijig is an awesome eye doctor Chi Miigwetch.

AWFUL STAFF.absolutely WORST EXPERIENCE i’ve ever had.DO NOT RECOMMEND.we were locked out for 5 mins before a receptionist “door guard”could come to the door to let us in. it’s also -14 out this morning and if you’re not being seen, you need to sit and idle your car while you wait because you can’t wait inside. go literally anywhere else:
