very bad experience they tell you over the phone some thing else when your insurance is done and you cancel your insurance with your current insurance company and pay first and last month to them Also, you will get the temporary pink card as well within week after two weeks they will call you back and tell you your insurance is not done so we need some more information to give you the proper code and the price they told you over the phone it will be totally different. . . It's a scam, so especially for Uber drivers they have only 20 hours per week to allow Uber to drive otherwise they don't cover you for Uber. Very bad customer service. Very bad people very bad experience I will definitely don't recommend this company.

Very bad agency. They don’t pick up the phones and don’t reply to the email. I have been with Allstate for last 5 years and this agency is going downhill year after year. They also let some very good agents go. I hope the agency manager read this review and take appropriate steps to improve the service quality of this agency.

I got a quote from them for my car and it was on the high side. The agent called me again to offer me a contact from Desjardins (which was nice of her) and I was just discussing that every year the insurance seems to go up instead of going down and rewarding the good drivers. The agent told me the best option for me is to not drive anymore. How rude is that? I'm never calling Allstate for any kind of insurance ever. I'll make sure none of my friends do too!!
