Terrible customer service, Try to buy Pixel point POS for a month ,It cost $900 but they dont sell it to you until you pay another $1500 for the Service!!!We told them and their Rep in Ottawa that we don't need the service and they refuse to sell the software with the excuse that we wont be happy if we get the software only.Called their Rep in Toronto ,Canada ( Sue Oxton)several times never get a call back .

Very poor customer support. They just made some resellers who overcharged their customers and doesn't want to make new partner in competitive environment. More over they forced people to buy software from them only.
