I feel like 1 star is being way too generous. . If I could I would not award these scammers any stars. . My nightmare of an experience all started with my husband and I looking to buy a vehicle for our new growing family. While on their lot we noticed they had a mechanics shop also and my husbands car had recently run out of freon for the air conditioner. Being 8 months pregnant in the hot summer with no cool air in the car was not an option. With such a simple job we figured we would have them top the car off with freon and fix the issue, well it all went downhill from there. . .After HOURS of having my husbands car, they informed him that they had indeed put freon in it, but there was numerous other issues so it won't work and that the car can overheat at any minute and actually CATCH ON FIRE! ! The list of work they said that would be needed was outrageous and they said it wasn't even worth putting that much money and work into the car. They charged my husband for the freon and service, my husband and I went on our way with no air and quite confused. My husband figured it was smart to head to another mechanic to get a second opinion before putting all this money down. . THANK GOD! We informed the other mechanic of the story, showed them the breakdown of what we were informed would need to be done and left it to be checked out. When we went to pick up the car the COLD AIR WORKED PERFECTLY, and when asked what was done he simply said we just put freon in it, theres was none in it and theres no other issues with it. . . Go figures this other place just wanted to take advantage of a pregnant woman and her husband by manipulating them into buying another car faster from them. .My husband went back to the car dealership and presented the two receipts and to show that the air works perfectly fine after freon truly being filled. They since have had my husband go back 5 times waiting to talk to the next person and get his money back. . . Today they actually tried to put and end to this rat race by refusing to refund the money entirely. . . It makes me soooo sick to think that theres lowlives like this that can take advantage of people and waste their time and money. . .Save yourself your time, money and mental health by staying far far away from these guys !!

Brought my Maserati Ghibli to master tech auto. Not only they did an amazing job but also saved me 1800$. Highly recommend for any type of vehicle specially exotic cars.

Petty. Condescending. Even if you're not a woman, avoid this place. They didn't provide scenarios, they simply accused my daughter of various dreamed up scenarios.Because she had the audacity to challenge them, they held her and her newborn hostage while they served new customers that came in and left her waiting. It wasn't until she told them that her parents were coming that they put the tire back on the car.Apparently they're also listed as Master Tech Automotive.

They did warranty work for me, I was worried it was not going to get covered, but the guys here took care of me and now I beleive in warranties again. My car is great, and during covid, nice to have a positive outcome.

This is how it works here to get your car fixed, You have to go there cause they don't answer the phone 98% of t time, try calling, its true - 1) Get a quote, 2) pay a deposit for repairs 3) they will then change the estimate and get work done without consultation or calling you 4) you want your car back, they wont release it without more money, 5) you ask Why ,, they call the Police, 6) They really like calling the Police on their customers, ,,Based on the chat I had with the Police officer, they have called the Police 10 times on customers, this year, they are full of promises, full of sunshine, they are OK screwing you, but when you ask questions, they call the Police. I would HIGHLY recommend staying as far as possible to this place, ,,, like seriously far. My car was there for about a month, ,,, and the manager (moussa) boasted how his cousin was a murderer while trying to intimidate/impress me,, it was a VERY classy operation...Think about that for a moment, why do you need to call the cops all of the time on your customers ? Poor customer service skills ? Maybe dishonest business practices ? Low problem solving skills ?The owner is always there, he hides in his office cause he is too much of an pu**y to talk to people. The manager will make you wait for the owner to come back, but he is there, hiding, like a child.Anyways, its food for thought.
