Every time I call this Brokers office, the same rude receptionist picks up the phone and honesty being the FIRST person you talk to - you would think this lady could act like she cared a bit more or perhaps sound less aggressive when talking to clients. Its embarrassing when basic customer service skills are lacked thereof.

Cannot thank Holly Parks of Century 21 Millennium enough. She is so helpful and personable. She made our move a positive experience and Sold our house in two days, above asking price and while the market was trending downwards. I would highly recommend Holly Parks.

An thoroughly responsive and professional individual and at the same time took time to be very personally involved in our search. SCAM AGE TBRANDON OSTERAgent double ended the deal and sold our next door house whiteout letting us know when we asked him. We were told to wait for the house to hit the market and the liar takes off the coming soon sign and puts the sold sign up.Reporting him. Stay away from agency’s like this one.

Terrible experience & deceitful..Dealt with Anju Kapoor for sale & purchase recently in September 2021. She agreed upon 3% commission for both transactions. On closing day, brokerage documents showed 4%, upon confronting lady told us will reimburse once she gets paid a month later and also mentioned in brokerage agreement can write 4% only as a standard format but will settle us later..After waiting and continuous follow ups, was told she will give gift card of furniture store (did not reveal amount), then a few days later she said we can collect cheque of 2000 from her (actual amount is 8 grand) she said she has to pay taxes too.. we wondered 6 grand is going towards taxes..but no reply from her..blocked us on instagram too..question is not about how long we had to chase her, we still have not been paid.. but it’s about ethics..don’t committ if you cannot fulfill.. sorry to say century21 you guys lost your returning customers!!
