ABX Redux
As someone who in the past has been resistant to group work out classes, I have found my home away from home at ABX. Christy pushes you to be the best you can be, Sitara’s humor and direction make you feel like a barre star, and I never leave Bee’s class not dripping in sweat and feeling my thighs! I recommend above the barre to anyone I know looking for a new way to improve themselves not only physically but mentally!

ABX Redux
I’ve been an ABX member since around February/March of last year and I absolutely love it here! Each class is different but always challenging in the best way. Most importantly, the classes at ABX contribute significantly toward both my physical and mental health. The same could not be said for the typical gym routine I was sticking with before. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new workout, and encourage you to try a little bit of everything; barre, cardio/burn and yoga!

The atmosphere and staff are very inviting. I consider myself a beginner and had no trouble five cause the teachers always modify. The classes are not too crowded and everyone is respectful of one another.

Amazing fitness classes in a friendly, fun environment. If you're like me and struggle getting to the gym or get bored when exercising alone, this is the place for you. The owners are wonderful people and the Cardio Dance class was SO fun. I recently moved to the area from Manhattan and was looking for a replacement to my weekday spin classes. This is definitely the place. Not only did I have the best work-out I've had in a long time, it didn't feel like exercise because it was fun and I even learned some fab dance moves. All in a very chic environment. Excited to have found a place I can stick with for a long time. Worth every penny.

This is a gem of a place! The space is welcoming -clean and beautiful and the teachers really know what they’re doing. If you have a concern about what your body can and can’t do they will listen and offer advice. I go regularly and feel so much stronger.

I was looking for a place to continue building strength and stability after months of physical therapy and ABX is the perfect fit! The teachers are supportive, accommodating, and energetic and have made me feel welcome as as a new student.

Absolutely love this boutique studio. Workouts are superior to all the others I have taken in the metro Detroit area. The barre classes are always challenging but fun and never boring. The instructors are pros - - very knowledgeable about anatomy and correct body alignment. The studio is beautiful - - very spacious with a wooden floor, high ceiling, chandelier lighting and VERY clean. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. ABX recently added a killer butt-kicking class ABX Burn

I took a class with Christy the owner who has an insane amount of knowledge of the body and movement. Her class was challenging but she makes it so fun and has THE BEST playlists! Studio is brand new and gorgeous, I love the color wash lighting. Highly recommend this studio, I’m excited to take her class again!

I love taking time for myself to workout at ABX. All of the instructors are informative and truly watch over each student giving guided corrections which is extremely helpful. I have my favorites but the variety of classes are great and cater to all levels. Every time I leave class I’m grateful I went.
