Miele Experience Centre Calgary

Changing the water filter on my Miele refrigerator is the worst possible experience. It always has been a challenge. I cannot get the new filter to work and make ice. I have paid $250 for a service call and the technician reached down with pie of pliers and said it wasn’t incompletely. I have read the manual, I have called customer support, and last week I stopped by this showroom and the lady showed me how it is done on a demo fridge. But my filter knob has different hash marks need pliers to remove it. I even put in a brand new one hundred dollar filter after that visit thinking maybe that would work but….nothing. I have not had a working ice maker for six months. Their solution was to book a service cal. I am NOT paying another $250 for a technician to come and do what a 73 year old woman should be able to do herself.I give up. I am so frustrated by this that I will not waste other hundred dollars per filter that just don’t work properly in my unit. I would never buy another Miele refrigerator. The filters are located low to the floor and require one to kneel or lay on the floor to access. The whole “ Miele experience “ has been a nightmare.

Loved our time at the Miele experience center. They were very accommodating from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The women the helped us was spot on. She answered all our questions without a problem. We appreciated the fact that there was no up sale even though there was plenty of opportunity for it. We also enjoyed no hidden fees. They were very transparent about their costs. Its also worth noting that they have a chef on site that was a delight and served our children fresh baked bread! Highly recommended Miele if you're looking for a new home appliance. Could keep writing but I'll stop here.

Amazing service. The staff are knowledgeable about all the products on offer and the service and support they offer is incredible. From the moment you walk into the store until the delivery team leave your home everyone is professional and happy to help. James the store manger is fantastic to deal with.

Justin Derochie, Miele Technician, did a superlative job on my dishwasher. He was very organized and went to the problem areas quickly. He did a thorough testing and he gave excellent customer service. Justin got my Miele dishwasher up and running and sounding like it was brand new (it is 10 years old). Thank you for sending us Justin!

Beware of their sales tactics. I ordered my products for two homes(I was a builder in Calgary) because they offered a 10 year warranty. I have installed many different appliances over the years including subzero and wolf. I figured if a company is willing to put a 10 year warranty on their products they must be good. With in the 1st month the oven was having issues. They told me the parts were on back order and would fix it when they came in. In the end it was a software update that needed to be done.Next issue. Long story short. To book a service you better be prepared to wait on hold for between 30 - 60 mins before talking to someone and there is no 10 year warranty. That tell you that to buy their products, it's only a 5 year warranty.I wouldn't waste my money on these over priced appliances. They are poorly backed up.

Failed to show to appointments and have continued to waste time in fixing an appliance that should have come new. Terrible experience with this brand.

Terrible experience so far working with this company. Save yourself the time and hassle and try something else. The second you need support or something fixed they ghost you and postpone parts until you buy something else. Waste of time.

The Calgary service fellow works hard to service these below-average" appliances

I purchased a set of miele appliances for our new condo, including a washer and dryer - expensive comparatively, about $3500 each but I hoped they would be good quality. The dryer belt broke after one year of what I would describe as minimal use. The parts, the belt must come from Germany. It's been 8 weeks and we are still waiting and I have spent hours on hold trying to get some help. I would avoid Miele dryer (and washer) at all costs.

I have been without a freezer for over three months. I have had four cancelled service appointments because they say that the parts have never come now they say the part is here and now they can’t get me in for another week because they are too busy. I will never ever purchase a Miele product ever again, I don’t even have a choice on this because it’s in my high-end condo and it’s brand new under warranty but this has been a complete joke a customer service .
