My wife was able to get in and out with her medication without any wait time. She was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

I’m not sure if I have the right location. But I am dealing with Dr Hejazifar’s office.Whoever is the lady is who answers the phone is very rude.I have never needed to do anything like this before and wanted some information/ help.The attitude I received from this woman was uncalled for.If you work in health care, you work for people. To make sure they are getting better, getting what they need. People get scared when something happens to their health.If you can’t be a decent human being, don’t work for health care!And now because of this, I’ll use her own words “very time consuming, waste of time” to do this review. Maybe next time, stay home if you’re that much in a mood

This pharmacy was supposed to be closed at 8 but stayed open (in a snow storm) to accommodate my young son's prescription prior to surgery.The medicine we needed was out of stock at several other pharmacies. I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy! Thank you again for helping my little boy.

My child was really sick and this pharmacy went above and beyond for my family. They took the time to explain everything, provided insight that doctors didn't and had medication that no other pharmacy didn't have. I am forever greatful.

Waited for about 2 hours with my baby to be seen. People who came in after us were seen before us because they requested to be seen". I dont think that's fair or professional. Just because my baby is not crying doesn't mean we should have to wait. Ritson north medical centre offers much better service."

This IDA is the best pharmacy I have ever used!They are polite, professional, kind, prompt, and responsive. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the medication you need or the information you need.During the formula shortage in the pandemic they went above and beyond to make sure my child still had the formula he was prescribed.They are careful to look up medication interactions and have provided me with far more advice and information regarding interactions than your average pharmacy.If I could give them 6 stars I would! They are a hidden gem in North Oshawa.

I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem in North Oshawa. Windfields Pharmacy and Medical Centre is amazing!! Dr. Khawaja took amazing care of my daughter and wife. She was very kind and professional. We went back for follow up and she was on top of her game. The clinic is open only on Tuesday and Thursday evenings so there is a huge demand and can get very busy. Worth the wait!

About time this area had another clinic. No more schlepping down to the innards of Oshawa in search of a consult. No no my friends, the doctors have come to the north. Easily accessible via transit or personal vehicle, the large parking lot has ample handicap parking as well as plenty for the non disabled patrons.

Honestly a great pharmacy. They go out their way to help out as much as possible. Nothing negative to say about this place.Having a compounding pharmacy close by has been a blessing for sure as well.It's ashame the clinic is having such a hard time getting off the ground floor but thats all the fault of government and the shambles of the public healthcare system.

Worst experience recently, my family inquired if there is walk in available, the receptionist said YES, ( Walk-in starts at 4pm) we went there at 4 as I was in excruciating pain, upon reaching three they did we can take walk in, as we are fully booked. This means they are taking by appointments and not walk in, receptionist did you have to come prior to 4pm to reserve your spot, which makes no sense as we are not taking any appointments and we are just going there as a walk in patient.Another issue was, the Dr at this facility will only see women's and children and no men's are allowed or no make patients can go there. They should rename this facility as only for women and child facility. So a person like me do not go there and waste their time.Never going back and never recommend anyone else there.Inhuman, attitude, they can see me in pain but they can't see a make, idiotic rules. A patient is a patient male or a female, care should be given to them to ease their pain but they said we cannot see you. Worst experience ever since I m in Canada, that a doctor chooses patient based on gender.
