5-Star Movers - Minneapolis

5-Star Movers did our in town move and it was great! Kacey Josh Ku and Miles did a 10 hour, 2-truck move and they worked from the time they got there to the time the last truck was empty. They were punctual and worked efficiently, but still paying close attention to detail. I couldn’t have have been happier with the move. Would always recommend!

Definitely lived up to their ‘5-star’ name! Nick was excellent to work with for our quote and scheduling, and he was very responsive to my questions both before and after we scheduled our move. The final total was almost exactly the estimated time of 4 hours. Mike and Josh were our amazing moving crew, and despite this being a really tough move with 3 flights of stairs and no AC (at the old place), moving a huge 3-piece sofa (with hideaway), a mid-move stop to drop off some items and pick up a few more things, and some tricky large glass pieces and big mirrors — it all went SO smoothly! They took great care to wrap and cover sensitive items, and they only took a couple short breaks - despite it being 90 degrees! Based on this great experience, I would 100% use 5-Star Movers again and I will recommend them to others.

We had our movers bail last minute, so we were in a bind, and I got Nick’s number from a friend who recommended them. Nick was able to call in two guys for us last minute for a super reasonable price. Jack and Liam had everything moved in 45 minutes, and they were awesome to work with! We will definitely be using their services again!

Ben and his crew were incredible! They came early in the morning and had such positive attitudes. I had some really special pieces of furniture that they took extra care for. 10/10 would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Booking the appointment was a lap a breeze. Wouldn’t want to move to with anyone else!

Britt and Casey were super friendly and pleasant to have in our new home. They unloaded our stuff quickly and efficiently. And even helped assemble furniture! I’m very satisfied with my experience with 5 Star thanks to Britt and Casey.

These guys are amazing! They packed our truck so well - Kevin is a Tetris expert! The whole crew of guys Kevin, Connor, Jack, & Billy are so kind and they were so efficient! They finished early and we are so pleased with how carefully they arranged everything. Thank you so much!

Bryce and Jorge showed up promptly with a great attitude and plenty of dollies. They got everything gently placed where we wanted it (even when we changed our minds!) and even had the tools to assemble a heavy desk that fought back - all within the 2 hours that had been allocated!I would recommend these folks without reservation.

Ben and Kevin called me early, and did an amazing job. 5 star movers were easy to communicate with and even accommodated my change of plans due to the weather and big snowstorm. I highly recommend this company and especially Kevin and Ben!

Kaveh Kevin and Casey did an outstanding job today. They were very friendly, patient with us :) and introduced themselves right away. They were working really hard and were very efficient. They exceeded our expectations! Great team to work with, definitely would recommend and hire again! It was a experience for us.

Mike and Malcolm were so great. I am high risk and they were so great about wearing a mask the entire time they were here which I appreciated so much. There was a lot of chaos surrounding our move and these guys rolled with the punches and went above and beyond to help us out. Nothing was damaged and they did an awesome job!
