Scammers I’ve checked my credit there’s no payments due. Do not pay them block their phone calls.

Constantly call a number that they have been informed does not belong to the Name of the person they are looking for. Supposed to have been the number removed but continue to call. Threatened with Harassment charges of myself by refusing to remove the number and never call it again. Pray you never have to deal with them.

Very rude staff. I've been called 15 times tonight and when I picked up the phone theres no response. I called back and reach a man who laughed when I asked to speak to the manager, then yells at me over the phone and decides to hang up.What kind of company is this? They clearly don't work in client relations, customer care of quality assurance... I'd be super hesitate to attach my name to this company and brand. It's just not the right attitude for 2022. Rudeness, unprofessionalism and harassment is so old school! #TerribleCompany

LOL you people are harsh. My exp. with Ice makes my heart warm. I really really REALLY appreciate TJ helping me with my debt consolidation (i dont know the correct terms) he called different places to get me a lender before my deadline tomorrow otherwise my credit report would have a judgement. And that wasn't his job! He was only suppose to arrange a payment plan but he literally SAVED MY BOTTOM! Seriously felt defeated at the beginning of the day thinking my credit would get worse and nope he helped me so much AWESOME PEOPLE!!!!

rude and unprofessional people. i spoke to this woman Lisa, and shes just so fckin rude! shes very condescending and a very awful person to speak to. i don’t know why this woman thinks shes entitled.

They call my phone and leave messages a record breaking amount of times a week (which is considered harrassment). About 4-5 months ago an actual human left a message on my phone, his name was TJ, I proceed to call him back the next day only to be harassed and threaten with being sent to court over a debit that is approximately 6 years old. I still receive atleast 6 phone calls a week( 3 a day sometimes) and I just finished removing 3 voicemails from the past week. This is one of the most unprofessional debt collection agencies, horrible practices and arrogant staff.

This company called me at my office and the haggard old broad on the other end wouldn’t tell me what I.C.E. stood for and now that I see they are a financial debt recovery centre, it’s clear to me that they weren’t made for speaking to the general public in a calm, professional manner. I don’t feel bad. Good luck in not being miserable, “I.C.E.”

Horrible place to work money hungry company , they do not care about their employees. ICE will fire you just like that with no explanation leaving you high and dry. Save yourself and do not apply avoid at all cost .

Just got off the phone with this joyful group who has been spamming me with automated voicemails for the past month- they're claiming I owe over $3000 yet can't even break down what those charges are. They are threatening to send my case to The Paralegal House of Markham Ontario, who has over 40 1 star reviews and multiple fraud claims against them. Their website doesn't list a single lawyer or show any certifications identifying them as a legitimate law firm. They do have a tab seeking employees though... Must be having some problems with turnover.The conversation started off politely enough but once they realized I was more aware of their business and the shady practices surrounding them the man became quite short and began raising his voice and talking over me (almost as if he was well aware of their reputation). He brought up irrelevant points about people like me" who "don't pay their bills"- apparently they're financial advisers too. He kept telling me to "Google this
