Indochino

Very disappointed. I trusted Indochino to make a suit for me and my groomsmen for my wedding and none of them were a proper fit. The quality of the suit was good but the fact we had to travel a long distance to go to the measurement because “they had to do the measurements” I felt they didn’t care about what I wanted or how I wanted the suit to fit. The individual doing the measurement made me feel I was wrong for wanting something a certain way and ignored my requests. It wasn’t a great experience unfortunately and probably would not get another suit from them again based on how the suit was made and how much it cost.

A little disappointed with my suit. I first felt confident after the experience online of choosing my suit and going into a store to get measured. Once I received the suit, it was quite clear that the quality is subpar. Especially after knowing where exactly it was shipped from...After receiving the suit, I had to go back in to make adjustments several times because it didn't fit right. The representatives also do not seem to know very well about how a suit should fit on a person. I was the one who had to make the suggestions on what to tailor. This will likely be the last time that I purchased a suit from here.

Suits are great, store is nice and displays sophistication.The only downside is that not everyone is used to buy custom made suits and the process is different. Maybe having sales persons to explain the process from start to finish before everything, so the customer feels more comfortable and actually enjoy the process instead of feeling unsecured about the outcome.My case is that I'm buying a suit for my wedding in September and wanted to make sure I can have a final fitting before I take it to my home country (because I can loose or gain a little bit of weight until there). When trying to explain that, the salesperson was a little pushy focused on finalizing the sale (guess because of their cut) I was completely ignored and that just made me feel worried about ending with a suit that doesn't look good on my big day.Customer service is key to your business model, listen to the customer needs and it would be easy to provide them an incredible experience.

The agent who helped us was very patient and helpful. The measurements and style decision probably took close to an hour so booking a time is a necessity!Also, the end price was similar to an off the shelf dinner jacket that I purchased that does not fit as well as a tailored that I will now return.Again, thanks

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Got custom measured for a full suit and shirt for my upcoming wedding. Suit arrived a few weeks later and it isn’t even close to fitting. It is honestly laughable, everyone I have shown has burst into laughter. I have been in contact with their customer support team requesting a refund as I live 6 hours from the nearest location and they’re only other solution is for me to GUESS how much needs to be alternated on the suit and they will send me another. I do not have time for this as my wedding is upcoming. I have spoken with multiple seamstresses and they have all told me this suit is beyond repair. Customer service is now ignoring my emails and there is no phone number to call either. This is a very shady company and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Indochino has essentially scammed me out of over $1000. They should be embarrassed.

Really like coming here. They make great suits, but having them measure you up really makes the difference. I’ve got three suits from here now and had multiple altered to fit just perfect. Can’t beat the deal and the quality

EDIT - Branden at Indochino helped us and completely rectified the issues we had. He had us send photos of the poor fit and ordered us a new suit for my fiance, the new suit fit perfect. Branden completely changed our experience with Indochino, we are very grateful and happy with the suit now.My fiancé visited the Vancouver showroom in March and got fitted for a suit. When we were there I had to confirm many times with the person taking our measurements that the suit would not fit the way he had it pinned. He assured us that no, he would reflect in the measurements that it would fit tighter/fit right.Sure enough, when the suit arrived it looked exactly how it was pinned even though I questions the bagginess in the legs and the length of the jacket and the jacket sleeves in store. I emailed them right away and they responded advising we they needed a decision in 10 days. While we did definitely reach out late, I cannot believe how unhelpful they are being at getting my fiancé in to a suit that fits, a suit that should have fit perfectly as we travelled 6 hours each way to get fitted by a professional. I provided them photos of how terrible the fit was and they are only offering to cover the cost of the alterations.. which I legit don't think will fix our issues. If Indochino's customer service was willing to help get my fiancé in to a suit that fit, I would think about maybe using or recommending them again to someone else but I will most definitely be shopping elsewhere next time due to this extremely stressful process.This is also extremely frustrating because I know two people personally who were given new suits from Indochino due to extremely poor fit and it was well past the 10 day deadline". I am talking 2-3 months past that deadline.My only hope is that this does not happen to someone else and that Indochino would be willing to support their customers and fix their original mistake. I ordered 2 suits and a few extras from Indochino Vancouver. Shahid I helped me picking the material and with the measurements. When I picked up the suits no alterations had to be made. It was perfect. The service here is exceptional. I feel the money spent was worth it with the very comfortable material and the level of customization you could do.Thank You

I ordered a suit from Indochino and I was satisfied with the quality and fit, eventually. It arrived nowhere near the correct measurements, and required a full remake - which arrived deeply creased. It took me over a month to get any customer support, but eventually, they had it pressed for me. Good thing I wasn't in a rush, because it took me over three months to get a wearable suit, but It looked good and felt comfortable. I don't wear suits often, so I didn't have any issues with it. However, when I decided to order three pairs of trousers for work, that was another story, as, as they completely failed to stand up to regular wear, sagging and warping around every seem within weeks. Even the hem on one pair completely fell apart! Indochino seems to be well aware of their lack of durability, because they only address quality issues within 10 days of delivery.I think this is unacceptable. Indochino claims to offer high-quality made-to-order clothing, but they don't back it up with good customer service or durable materials construction. They are fine if you want a suit for a single occasion, but don't expect anything more from them. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their money and their wardrobe.
