Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo, an IHG Hotel

I had attended the Mother’s Day brunch and it was fantastic. The staff was phenomenal! We brought 5 kids and other family with us. There was a vast variety of foods that even all the kids ate. The server we had, Hera, was attentive and very friendly. She was great with all the kids and even talked with them. She topped up waters and brought drinks out quickly. She was always checking in to make sure we had everything we need which was very helpful with such a large family. Serving staff and kitchen staff were superb! I would definitely go again and with the whole family.

The most friendly people on the planet. We even received a phone call to our room to make sure we were happily settled in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The front staff were extremely friendly, we were in town to see a concert at the Museum.Unfortunately the sound of the crosswalk beeper which is located on the corner of the side we stayed in, kept us up most of the night.We did share this information with the front desk, shame that we spent all that money for a hotel room, but couldn't sleep. We left early , we had a 12 o'clock check out, but we decided there was no use staying .Maybe next time the experience will be better.

We had booked an accessible king room and it was exactly that. It was the first room from the elevator and the washroom was well laid out for Accessibility. The curtains were fantastic for keeping light out allowing a very good rest as the hotel was also very quiet on a Saturday night. Breakfast was good and service was very attentive. Certainly if we are back to KW we will be staying here.
