I had the pleasure of meeting Chris who towed me from just outside of Fox Creek to Whitecourt. I had gotten a flat tire that was unrepairable and Rooster Towing provided me with excellent service! Chris whom was dispatched out to the call was exceptionally knowledgeable and highly skilled. I spent one hour riding back with him to Whitecourt and he shared his knowledge of what towing entails, my flat tire & road safety. He kept my vehicle in very good shape as he is very skilled at what he does. He came to my rescue in a timely fashion, and I highly recommend Rooster Towing for any of your needs!

They are very friendly and stick to their word, They might be out of town but will 100% go out of their way an work with a person if they are tight on cash. 5 star crew hands down!!!! i also recommend using them 100% Thanks again guys !!!!!

I had an outstanding experience with this company when I was broken down between little smoky and fox creek. Not only were they professional and efficient they were willing to go above and beyond to ensure this customer was able to get to a town safely and find a local mechanic shop. They are a very committed and compassionate team and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is need of these services.

Finally found this place out in the woods behind Whitecourt. The charged us 3000$. !!! That’s a 100/day storage for my wife’s car. They said well 200$ of that was the towing from mayerthorpe.Well if you towed it how do you explain the empty KFC box and other garbage you left in the vehicle. !!!Most unprofessional operation I’ve ever seen. Not to mention price gouging 100$ a day!!!

Hired these guys to tow my car back to whitecourt and the operator was very unprofessional, and yelled at me to get out of my own vehicle when I was trying to close the windows that were left open, I won't recommend these guys nor will I ever hire them again

Well, I went to help a friend in need as his car had a mechanical issue. He called this tow truck and they told him within the hr. sitting onside of hiway when I arrived we waited an extra amount of time,My friend went to close his windows of the car when the tow truck arrived,yes which he probably could of had it done,the tow truck driver was rude and snapped at my friend while his helper was bouncing all over getting ready. If he doesn't like his job, find a new one ,poor customer service!
