Wasn't expecting that level of interest. Maybe our being from NS had something with it. Even the consul general had a chat with us, explaining their plans involving NS. All the staff was so kind and friendly. They did their best to accommodate us after our 12 h driving, this trip being even harder with covid-19 restrictions. They wanted to be sure we did all procedures we needed to do, just not to bother us have another trip soon again. Their helpful and friendly attitude made the hard 2 days-in-total trip bearable and even fun after all.

The worst consulat ever .they are so rude unprofessionalI applied for a visa and it take more than 40 days and they said it takes 21 days and I didn't get any answers today I received email said I should pay again andThey never answered the phone I...I advise everyone to avoid this consulat they are the worst

We love our consulate staffs in Montreal. They are very gentle, helpful and nice❤ but there are one female in the office new staff i think.she doesn't know how to deal with our citizens.. I tried to explain she doesn't want to understand. She explained not understandable and clear same language!! She just want to get rid of us!! I never have an experience like that in Montreal Consulate!!

I went there to change my address but when I remarked that my passport was expiring, they renewed it without appointment. Everyone was welcoming and really helpful.
