I was contacted by Rick from Quad Marketing Solutions regarding a Google Ads campaign with unlimited clicks. He impressed me by highlighting that QUAD Solutions was an accredited business and a Google Partner. He also sent me links to the BBB page and Google Partner page as proof. He promised 24/7 placement on Google within 48 hours for 22 search keywords, a monthly report, and a dedicated account manager.Unfortunately, it took them over a month to set up the campaign and they didn't make any adjustments based on poor results. Moreover, they used incorrect landing pages throughout the campaign. I didn't receive any marketing strategy or reports from them.Eventually, the campaign generated only 146 paid clicks and zero leads from the 22 keywords over three months of the service. They charged $4,500 for that. Apparently, It makes sense since they need to pay Google. Google Ads are pay-per-click. Hence, their primary interest is to reduce the number of clicks.It feels like they intentionally target international clients for scams, particularly in my location of Melbourne, Australia. This could be because they believe there is a lower likelihood of receiving complaints from overseas customers.I reported them to Google, the Australian ACCC and posted a review on their BBB profile. I hope it will make it harder for them to scam others in the future.This is my personal experience and I can provide supporting documents if required.

Amazing digital results. We hired them for Google Adwords about 7 months ago. We were among the top 3 results for each of the important keywords we targeted. Service provided is great, also their customer service were really helpful.They took care of my website and made all the necessary edits in couple of days and then we started running the first Google ppc campaign, the results were impressive and I couldn't handle all the leads they got to me by myself so I had to hire more people in my small company and surprisingly now i have 4 offices in four different locations!They advised me to try their search engine optimization campaign (SEO), the campaign took us 4 months and now i am on the first page of Google for around 40 keywords!Thank you guys so much I really appreciate what you're doing.
