Got here for a appointment at 12:50-120 30 min long. Aparently they had too many walk ins so they said damn all. Been sitting half naked sense 1:30 and it's 1:55 surrounded by a bunch of confused doctors.The place is total grabage, learn how not to mess up appointments.Go somewhere else if you care about your time. Cause this is two hours of my time I'll never get back for a 2 minute x-ray. How can a place mess up so bad they took 2 hours to get through 6 patients. What a mess.

One receptionist has to be trained. She said I had to sign a paper without any explanation. She just handed me one paper and told me to put my name, sign and the date. I realized later that the document was not for me.She should have explained about the document before sign it. She meets many patients and does mostly the same work everyday. Of course I also needed to read the paper properly even though she hurried me up. But she has to be more professional than patients and has to give a necessary information.

I agree with Ms. Linda Jenkins's comment. They have a rude young lady on the desk at the Yonge St location."I called in the morning to get an appointment. It was rudely answered by the desk lady

I did my xray on Saturday. Very positive experience. No wait time, office was clean and well organized. They did my examination quickly. Highly recommend.

Exceptional services!! Had bunch of test done and it was perfectly coordinated. Very friendly front desk and professional technicians. Highly recommend this location.

Mistake made by ultrasound technician!My ultrasound was done by a white woman age 50+. She was gossiping about one of their fired coworker with her colleague while doing my ultrasound. There was one alarming result that freaked us out, turned out her measurement was off 30%! Never will return to this location.

I went in for a walk in X-ay and the receptionist staff were nothing but nice but the problem was the X-ray technician. I am a young woman with a severe anxiety disorder, so going into medical offices has always been tough for me so i always bring my mother with me. This time was by far the worst experience I had ever had. When I was called by the technician he called out aggressively and he assumed I spoke another language and began talking to me really fast and I did not know what was happening as per my anxiety attack so my mom had to clarify that I only speak English. He then gave me aggressive instructions to leave all my things with my mother. I then asked if I could please bring her with me and he was very snappy with me and was like no hurry up. I asked again as I have never been denied bringing my support person with me and reciver the same response. My mother had to argue with the technician to be allowed to come in with me even though she had stated that she understands the radiation but does not care because she needs to be there for me. After 5 minutes of arguing the man had said yes and continued to give snappy instructions. When I didn't understand what he said he grabbed the part of my body I was having X-rayed and aggressively put it in position without asking me. Because of this I will never recommend this place, although the other staff were polite, the rest of the scary experience for me had turned into a traumatic event. If I'd remembered that technicians name believe me id report him and spread his name.

I've been here many a times for x-rays and ultrasound. X-ray walk-ins unless you are unucky you should be getting by in 30 mins. Ultrasound appointment might take 2-3 weeks. Good staff running the place, very helpful.
