I don't normally write reviews unless my experience is exceptional. I was warmly greeted upon entry. Just after I arrived a stream of customers lined up. The lady whom I cant remember her name (started with an A, maybe Anu) was friendly and calm, she did not get flustered as some people might have working alone with a huge line up. She was genuine, happy, warm, and cheerful. She is a perfect example of what an ideal employee. I hope she receives the recognition from her company for her hard work and great attitude.

I've never had better service at a Subway then my only visit here. I was greeted on the way in and asked multiple times if I was happy with the product. Good energy from all staff. They deserve a review for standing out amongst the rest of the franchise.

Been a loyal customer since open. Had worst service with owner veggies not fresh and wilted , only gave mea little 3 green pepper on a footlong hardly any veggies and when asked for a little more owner very rude. Lost my business and family 6 loyal customers won’t be back and the store was empty nobody there talking back and fourth to employee in her language not paying attention to my order had too repeat 3 times .

This Subway location is run by such a nice family! They really care about making your sandwich perfect. Extremely clean, fresh veggies (unlike other locations I've been to) and quality is spot on! Always a wonderful experience anytime I go. I won't go to any other location!

A girl named Raman was very rude to us today. I’ve never experienced this poor customer service at a subway. Firstly, they were brooming the floor even when we were eating the subs and then she came and started doing the garbage cleanup right in front of us. When I asked her to stop cleaning the floor or doing garbage cleaning she started arguing. I was told that this is their daily routine but It was 2pm and we were sitting and eating. We were unable to eat meal properly due to such unpleasant environment. She was not wearing a mask and after all the arguments she left the fridge door open. My mother was already feeling cold and We felt really bad and disrespectful. I clicked a picture of her leaving the fridge door open for about 10 minutes right beside us.

Our family continually chooses this particular Subway location for their attention to detail and excellent customer service. We have noticed, on numerous occasions, how the manager, Anu, treats each and every customer with kindness, care and consideration to their individual needs. In particular, we have been fortunate to see how customers with specific challenges are provided the extra care to make sure their experience is just as outstanding as anyone else's. It's truly heartwarming to watch and take note of. It always makes our day to visit this location.

Made a online order pick up. Nothing on my order says jalapeños probably mistaken as pickles. Call the store to let them know the mistake. Some people are allergic to spicy peppers, please take this review seriously. Maybe label your veggie containers. Thanks.

I can't believe this place is getting bad reviews? I eat at a lot of restaurants and a lot of different subways, and the quality always differs : Bread freshness, veggies freshness etc, and this place is definitely top shelf. The owner is extremely personable and I'd image most regulars are greeted by name. The staff is also assertive in their sandwich making; they make physically nice and desirable sandwiches. They are balanced and built nicely, even during rush hour when done quick. I can't speak for the ex-staff's comments, but I've never found a hint of anything like that; she doesn't handle money with gloves etc. This stands out among Subways and if you like the franchise I seriously recommend you eat here.

The wrap tasted good but it was too small for the price. The staff was a bit pushy. They put white cheese on before asking me and I wanted orange cheese. They were cheap with the toppings.

First time here and will return as the service was excellent. Extra veggies, no problem. When told the sub was going to be shared, without asking the two pieces were wrapped separately. The washrooms were extra clean. The best subway that I have ever visited.
