ONE Boardshop - Kamloops

Pretty awesome service with a wide selection of stock at a fair price. Ryan the service representative that was helping us was more interested in making sure what we bought was going to work for us ( and not about his sale ) . This is a quality that I really appreciate and will definitely be coming back there again.

Rant to the dude that helped me picked out the board. His knowledge and made the interaction genuine as he asked questions to ensure I got the right board for this season led alone for the price. Definitely recommended this shop for quality products and service. From the $5 dude

Meh, was in there for 15 minutes, no one greeted us and no one to ask for help. Seemed like average stuff I could get anywhere in town. Got fed up and left. The local shop around the corner was great, greeted right away and they even made me an iced coffee!

Really disappointed with the Kamloops location. Seems like we just got everything that didn’t sell in Kelowna. Really hoping they bring some better brands in! (Polar, All Timers, Frog, Hockey, etc.). Right now it’s definitely aimed at an older demographic looking for children’s clothing.

LOVE this hidden treasure of a store. They have such an awesome selection of clothes, shoes, board stuff, water stuff, n stuff! You should really check this store out next time you're out shopping. You won't be disappointed. If you are, it's not my fault. Everyone's taste buds are different!Ps-They also have great sales going on all the time! Bonus!

Super disappointed in One Boardshop in Kamloops.. I bought my son a balaclava for a xmas present from there. The employee assured me we could exchange it if he didnt like the style. Well he opened it xmas day, realized I got a s/m instead of a large and he mentioned this wouldnt be comfortable to wear with his long amd really thick hair. He wanted the Gator style like his sister. Ok, well i have a gift receipt. I can go exchange it, right. So i go to the shop today to exchange it....no sorry. Manager says we dont do refunds or exchanges on that product. What? I have a gift receipt here that your employee gave me. Ya sorry. My hands are tied. If i had known i couldn't exchange it, i would have bought a gift card or not bought anything at all. Super not cool. Really angry right now that I was convinced to buy something and was lied to that it was actually a final sale.

This place has THE WORST customer service! No one know anything, they help the people behind you in line, and the selection is poor. Go around the corner to the local snowboard shop that cares about you!

Kamloops needed a store like this. Great selection of all things skate and good prices. Both times I have been to the store the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that there should be more tills as it can get pretty backed up with just two. Glad I can finally get the name brands I want for my kids locally and not online without paying a huge mark up.

staff was not knowledgeable on there snowboards products ie board and boots Had read the labels on the back of the boards and couldn’t explain the boards technology and why it wouldn’t be a good fit for my riding style, boots I felt like there was a lack of high quality selection of boots. Overall I felt like staff was not personal or prepared to sell snowboards in a ski town.
