John, provided excellent communication. He replied the same day and then the day of he texted eta and then called 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to confirm as I had not replied to the text.The stump removal was wuick and they raked the area and removed the stump. Viking team did a great job of massive & neglected trees. Prompt, attention to safety, quality, skilled ground team and John’s experience really stand out.A couple of other tree services were no-shows but John & his crew took on the challenge. I look forward to their return after the elm pruning ban ends.

John and his crew made for an excellent experience all around as they removed a large pine tree from between my home and the neighbouring house. I was thrilled with the work and clean up done, and the tree stump grinding! I recommend the services for sure, on time, excellent communication and fair prices. John and his crew were prompt and professional. We needed 2 big maple trees removed from the backyard. We wanted to keep the wood so the guys stacked it up neatly by the fence and cleaned up everything. They are friendly, personable and have great attitudes. I highly recommend Viking Tree Services! John and his crew were extremely easy to work with. John was able to quickly give me a quote regarding the removal and stump grinding of a large Spruce tree, as well as the trimming of an Ash tree. He kept me informed regarding when his crew would arrive. I very much appreciated his willingness to explain the work to me, his dedication to working safely, his attention to detail, completing the work thoroughly and tidying up the work areas. Not only did John and his team come out right away for a quote, they were able to get it removed just a few short days later after my line locates. They removed everything, and cleaned everything up really good too! No hidden costs and the fee was so reasonable! I would recommend to anyone!

Today Viking Tree Services came to my residence, and followed my instructions to the letter. They were so careful, did a superb job of removing my very large leaning evergreen tree. Also they removed a smaller tree and pruned some branches overhanging my neighbour’s house. I am absolutely amazed and impressed!!! Even cleanup was impeccable!! I give them an A+++. And their prices are sooo reasonable!!!
