Dr Zanganeh

I have had a phone consultation with Dr Chi. Worse Dr that I have spoken with, the first time I spoke to him he basically made me feel that I’m wasting his time and I have no allergies. He had not seen any pictures or even seen me. But he set up an appointment to run tests just basically to make my other Dr’s happy, I have been to the hospital each time because 60 mg of Steroids with all other meds were not stopping the spread. I have had the flu shot in the past and again a bad reaction that I was sick for over a month and was in the hospital again. Look for another allergist in town since this one doesn’t want you to waste his time.

Dr Zanganeh is good, unfortunately the administration front office are very racist and rude. My son who couldn’t attend in person to his follow up appointment , All I wanted is to let the Doctor know that the patient’s father is here, my request was declined . I asked several times , refused and through another booking into my face with humiliation. I am a doctor as well, and I didn’t declare my profession because I was shocked with that blond lady attitude, she refused to identify herself and turned her back , walked away while I was talking to her.

Dr. Zanganeh, his nurse Angelina, and secretary are wonderful. I went in for some allergic reaction that I had been having and he was able to help me with my deviated septum as well. He was really kind and spent a lot of time with me in the room, trying to explain everything. I don't think that my symptoms are consistent with what he diagnosed me with, but he could be right.

This specialist is one if the best i have ever been the patient of. He is very through, honest and genuinely cares about his patients. He has gone over and above treatment I have gotten from other doctors who have brushed off my asthma for 20 years. (They didn't even run the test to see if i had. Told me was anxiety till 6 years ago when i ended up in er unable to breath. Which happened on more than one occasion.) He is also willing to send you to the right doctors himself if you don't have something he can treat. Which for me was a septoplasty for a broken nose that was covering my sinus from draining appropriately. My GP said it was no big deal despite numerous sinus infections and problems.I highly reccomend him for asthma and allergies. The staff is also helpful and polite.

Dr zanganeh is a proffesional in his work ,but his nurse needs to have more eye contact with patient and to be more proffesional,,,,,,when it come to his secretary ,it's another story, rude rude rude ,doesn't look at you when you reach the front desk ,rude in her way of treating people .

This dr went above and beyond my expectations for this apt as I didnt think we would get much from it. Appointment was long but he took the extra time to actually read my son's chart to get a better overall picture of what was going on before meeting with us. Staff was friendly. Definitely reccomend

Absolutely disgusted with front desk just plane rude I will not return have been a patient for 3 plus years I am done here.Along with a wait of over an hour and half .

Dr. Shahin Zanganeh is truly a remarkable Allergist / Immunologist and I am fortunate I have been able to see him for several years now. Thanks to his excellent care, my conditions are very well controlled now.I can honestly say, Dr.Zanganeh's dedication to excellence and patient care is second to none! Dr. Zanganeh is very thorough, takes time to listen and addresses patients' concerns and needs and explains his treatment plans. He plans for follow-up visits to ensure the treatment results meet or exceed patients' expectations. While working in a fast-paced environment he maintains a super friendly and professional demeanour.Dr. Shahin Zanganeh is truly a superb specialist and I would strongly recommend him and his staff !!AD

Wonderful doctor! Very kind and patient and seems to actually care about his patients. Actually makes an effort to find out what is causing allergy symptoms rather than hurrying people out the door with a script and some vague guesses. Highly recommend him to anyone suffering from allergy symptoms.

My dr was Dr Chi and he was good listener welcoming attitude by the end very helpful person but the problem is the front desk lady (customer service)with bad attitude she gives me hard time for every simple thing even to send prescriptions order to my pharmacyVery bad customer service
