Employees were very people oriented, very tidy clean up after replacement of roof in very cold temperature. Very co-operative with home owner. Excellent work, couldn't ask for more from them. Will recommend this company without hesitation.

The customer service was excellent. Top knotch quick to reply, very professional. 5 stars.-1 star for quoting me a wooden deck instead of composite.-1 star for forgetting to quote me stairs railings and about 20k of other expenses to repair my property.-1 star for forgetting about me, and having to wait for local bylaw to issue me a letter before starting the cleanup ( which you took all my Kid's toys, which insurance did not replace).I hope I was the only bad experience with them. I can keep going, but will stop here as they are below average.

Absolutely unprofessional!!!Even after signing work authorization, and calling multiple times, NO ONE SHOWED UP YET, everytime I call they say someone will reach out to me but NO ONE calls, calling on their emergency line they say I am not from that office

Lack of ownership and hard to communicate with. Work takes forever to be completed. Work in progress for 4 months. Oh and if you have pets, make sure they are locked up. They have left the door open for our pet to run off and have never seen him since. NOT EVEN AN APPOLOGY!
