Girl Unafraid
I had the pleasure of sitting in on a zoom call during the pandemic where Coach Cathleen was the guest speaker. She was a breath of fresh air. What resonated with me was that she reminded us that we all have everything we need to be fully happy, whole and successful. We each have our own experiences and perspectives, and we bring something beautifully unique to the table. I think of this often now, when I’m faced with a challenge and I second guess myself. I remember to be ME and to be UNAFRAID.
