Easily one of the best dental offices in Chilliwack. I tried a few dentists around town before finding this one. Dr. Kim has amazing attention to detail and makes sure I'm always satisfied. Haven't had any issues with the work she's done (other dentists in town my filling would fall out, my bite would be off, they couldn't help my sensitivity issues, etc). The hygienists are great and meticulous. The office staff are very friendly and efficient. The whole office is great with my toddler (she loves going). Everyone I recommened to go here has similar, great experiences. They also have evening appointments on some days, which is great for working people. Highly recommend.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Just had an emergency tooth extraction here after hours. They are life savers here and I can't thank them enough for the pleasant experience even while having a tooth ripped out of my head. Thank you very much to all the staff I met today.

The most amazing dental office I have ever dealt with for so many reasons. We have a large family and have had a few dental emergencies. Every single time I call with an issue that needs to be dealt with, they get us in ASAP. All of the staff are very sweet, kind and professional which makes it a very welcoming environment. I’ve never had to wait long for appointments and even then, if something opens up sooner, they always call right away to offer those to my family. They are the only dental practice in town I will even consider taking my family to see.

The best Dentists I have ever been to I have referred a lot of people to this practice and will continue to do so. My mom loves this dentist my Husband and my Niece’s. Thank you to the very best receptionists as well they are always so helpful and kind. It really helps when there is great customer service. They really care about there patients. We recently switch to Promontory Heights Dental for our family and have had nothing but positive experiences. They provide a comfortable atmosphere from the reception desk all the way through the entire dental process. My daughter has anxiety with the dentist and they have different options that help her through this for a positive experience. This dental office also has a lot higher technology equipment which we were previously not use to, which provides the best care for our family! We love our dentist office and appreciate all of the amazing staff!

Exceptional dental practice. They know what they are doing! Very detail oriented practice and fixed my issues with teeth when no others doctors could figure it out! Friendly staff and always nice and professional! Definitely best dentist office in town!

We’ve been going here since they opened up in Chilliwack, conveniently next door to us. The front desk team, RDH/A’s and Dr Kate Park are so welcoming, professional, and awesome with my kids (5yo, 3yo)! They look forward to their check up appointments. Additionally, it’s a newer clinic, with a modern interior and top of the line equipment and incredibly clean - Highly recommend!

The dentist and their staff are very friendly and expert. They explain procedures and costs in advance so there be no surprises. The clinic hours are excellent. At the reception, they greet patients and have no waiting time. Big shout to Christie for taking me in on the same day. In and Out. Thank you, everybody.

The staff is incredibly professional, kind and courteous. They make you feel welcome and comfortable from the time you walk through the door. The assistants and dentists are very gentle and thorough, and I have never had a negative experience there. I highly recommend Promontory Heights Dental.
