Fast and efficient service! Excellent quality. I reached out to commission a 40 degree wedge for my apple magic trackpad 2. Working from home has caused all sorts of symptoms such as carpal tunnel and tendonitis, having switched from a traditional mouse to an angled trackpad has helped reduce the strain it causes while working. I highly recommend the service here. Fast response rate and reasonable pricing!

I’m a jewelry design student but I can’t use school lab since COVID-19. I was working with Steve for all of my 3D printing project for the last academic year, which is the best decision I made ever! Steve was so helpful and patient. He always replied my email quickly and explained everything about my printing projects. The supports he made for my projects are nice and thoughtful. And he always gently cleaned all supports for me as much as possible. The price is also reasonable. I really appreciate it!

Phenomenal customer service, impeccable quality and workmanship, and fast shipping and delivery! As a first time ordering custom made 3D printed parts I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. Well, I was blown away with the level of professional and courteous service I received from Chris and his team at 3DSmith Studios Inc. I was looking to replace some rudder pedals on a home cockpit I was building for a flight simulator and Chris was fantastic in helping me put together my ideas first online, then by phone, and finally to the final printed product - all within a span of about 5 business days! After submitting a request form on their user-friendly website, I received a phone call right away from Chris asking for more details and information about the project. From the files I sent and from images from my cell phone, Chris came up with a plan and a timeframe to 3D print my ideas, even coming up with some minor alterations to the original design. We finalized it, printed up an invoice and just like that, the order was done. When the professionally packaged and bubble wrapped parts arrived in the mail via Canada Post, I was initially surprised by how quickly they were printed and delivered. And have I mentioned how impressed I was with the final 3D printed parts yet? They were perfect and the fit, finish and quality of the parts (6 in total) are amazing. My overall experience with 3DSmith Studios Inc. was most excellent from start to finish and I have nothing but praise for Chris and his team. My expectations were well and truly met and I have no reservations about recommending their services to all my friends and anyone needing 3D printing.
