I imagined one buyer at the price we were comfortable with rather than counting on a bidding war with first time buyers investors retirees with the objective to sell over asking. This was before the lull was announced. Shirzad was steady, solved issues quickly, and adjusted strategies. It felt like a partnership. Oh and thank you for closing the deal in a very short period of time! Like wow. Still impressed.

Shirzad helped us in a seamless manner to find the property we were searching for.
