Hi RonJust want to say a big thank you to you and your team for theexcellent job installing my replacement AC and furnace today. Jordanand Pavel arrived on time; got everything done in a day which was apleasant surprise; and I really appreciated their professional,friendly manner. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly, allmy questions were answered, and they left my home clean and tidyafterwards. The house is cool and the new AC unit runs nice and quiet,too! I’m sure the furnace will be perfect come the fall. ClarksburgContractors were highly recommended to me by family and I will be sure topass this on.

I’m gonna start off by saying the workers who came out were nice and did a good job. Where things changed is in the billing. I asked more than three times what the cost would be. I was told it is the hourly rate only. They took my credit card down before they came out. A week and a half later they made two charges to my cc for five times the amount I was quoted. There was no additional work done. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they run this company.

I had a plumbing emergency--my crawlspace had 5 or 6 inches of water in it and Austin came in a flash, installed a new sump pump, and got me sorted in no time. All on his day off. Thank you Austin. You are the best!

Clarksburg Contractors fixed my fireplace in June, and when I turned it on in September the flame did not appear. I contacted them and they returned to address the problem. The service manager who contacted me to discuss the issue and was very courteous and professional. The technician who did the work was very knowledgable and efficient.

The technician didn't show up for the first two appointments, did nothing while they were here for 15 minutes , and did not provided the requested quote for the actual job, and they invoiced me for $100 without consent using a CC number on file. Terrible service. I know the market is tight but Look for someone else to do the job if you value your sanity.

Clarksburg Contractors installed a new furnace and air conditioner a couple of weeks ago. From the very first estimate from Ron to finished installation the professionalism of this company was obvious. The two day install went smoothly and effortlessly for us. The two young technicians (Jordan and Mike) did an excellent job from start to finish. They were respectful, efficient and kept us informed. They left the work area clean when they were finished. We are now enjoying a warmer quieter home. Thank you.

We have used Clarksburg Contractors for some time now to service our HVAC equipment and have found them to be a reliable, professional company that does excellent work. Our old A/C unit died this year so naturally, we contacted Clarksburg. Our new A/C unit has now been installed. We were very impressed by the quality of work performed by the installation crew. The installation looks sharp, the new unit runs well and is backed by an excellent warranty.

My experience isn't having them do work... Its how they drive there trucks around leaking oil not just a little alot... I live in a condo and this truck has been parked here for about 1 hour before I took these pics... I witnessed it dripping as I was taking pics so its definitely from this van...
