I received a wonderful service today by Danick and Alick. I told them I was pressed for time and needed to be at work in 45mins and they worked quickly to help get me what I needed which was a new IPhone. They went above and beyond and were perfectly bilingual and attentive. Would gladly go back to this location :)

Avoid! For 20 minutes of service (I was transferring account from corporate to Bell and from Bell to another company) they charged 72 dollars!Worst company! Never ever sign any contract with thiscompany!

Si je pouvais donner 0 étoiles surement que je le ferais. Téléphone acheter vendredi. Je me rencontre que le produit vendu n'ai pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je veux faire un échange de produit pour un produit plus dispendieux. On me refuse ou bien veux me facturer 150$ pour un échange vue que j'ai enlever les collants de la boite qui la garde scellé comment je peux savoir si le produit me conviens ou pas si je n'ouvre pas la boite. Où est la satisfaction garantie et retour dans les 15 jours offert par Bell. Le client ne peux jamais avoir raison avec les compagnies de téléphone. Quand ce n'ai pas la facturation le problème. C'est le service client et satisfaction.
