No wonder he is giving himself a 5-star rating which is a lie. If there was an option to chose less than one star I would have chosen it. This is the most unprofessional company you could ever work with. I needed to get a phase 1 report and they gave me good quote the engineer without providing any proof of any documentation decided that a phase 2 is necessary (when it is NOT according to 2 different other companies). Joseph Freeman stopped answering my calls and the company blocked my number he also stopped answering my emails when I started requesting documents that he relied upon (which likely they don't exist as his finding are simply fabricated by his imagination). He did answer (before I requested documents) to say that a phase 2 is $12,000 and that he can do when he knows it is not required. This company is bad in every way possible that is why their phone system and their website does not share any information about their owners or their managers so that you are not able to communicate with them. They trap you because you need their service NEVER use them use anyone else that has ethics or you will lose your money and time.
