Beautiful and open environment with accommodating and helpful staff

Excellent on-site staff, but terrible billing experiences with Regus that are deceptive and at the disadvantage of the client. Every month your invoice will come in for a new amount. They will charge you a 100% deposit for registering with them, then another 100% deposit if you don't save a credit card in their system, then they will charge you a $46 restoration fee for terminating your agreement. Your monthly bill will be irregular, billing 15 days in advance for the next month. You won't even understand or be able to itemize your invoices. If their system fails or doesn't work, they won't remedy it, there is no support. An absolutely horrendous experience I wouldn't recommend to any business owner.It will appear fees are $300-400 per month, but secretly they'll add new fees all the time, charge 100% invoices on top of current invoices at free will, demand payment for no reason, and point to terms and conditions they deliberately hid in their contract.Don't do business with this company.

Amazing place to work. Great staff and the office is a uber modern design.

I will never use Regus service again!
