If I could write a zero star review, I would. But let's give them 1 star as a participation trophy. Dine Alone and Bedlam are the most irresponsible, disorganized, and dysfunctional operation. The only thing they are good at is screwing up. Somehow they continue to offer online only releases on a web-store that handle hand the sales volumes and crashes. This happens release after release without being fixed. Clearly lessons not learned after screwing up 3 City And Colour release in a row.When the web-store does work, they can't even manage their inventory properly. They oversell and wait until after it sells out to email customers with confirmed orders that they won't get what they've paid for. But they'll honour orders and bots with multiple copies. Don't worry though, because as a conciliation, they'll offer you a small discount code to spend more money with them.Dine Alone, Bedlam and Dallas Green should be embarrassed by their amateur operation.Save your money and spend it with one of the many other small labels and shops in the city who actually have some customer service and will honour their word.

What a great space for a Record Store Day visit! Steady traffic controlled at the door, the browsing/shopping experience was perfect really. Reminded me of my visit to Third Man in Nashville last October. Got 3 beauty exclusive records too!

Beautiful spot - lucky to have it in the neighbourhood. Friendly people too! Worth going to check it out, for sure.

This is truly the worst online shopping experience I have had in years. I have been trying since October 31 to get an order changed from curbside pickup to shipping with no success. 23 days later, I feel like I'm in an endless email loop. Ah, not to mention that you have to wait 3-4 working days between each response from customer service. I will no longer buy records from this online store!

Came to pick up an order yesterday. Staff was very friendly, the storefront isn’t open yet but we just rang the bell and someone came right away.

Unassuming on the outside. Interesting on the inside. Eets like ha Easter Egg for musica !! Great staff

Not too many records.Limited to a fairly contemporary selection. Good for kids.Why bother with a shop when a few milk cartons would do?Lots of merchandise stuff

The store had a great selection of smaller indie and rock bands. Staff were very nice.

This rating needs to be higher - the managers of this company do fantastic work and help a lot of great bands.

Ordered from here online twice now and for both times, service has been exceptional. They have great prices and it's awesome that they have records that I can't find anywhere around the city.
