James and the team at Floorcrafters were a pleasure to deal with. Our general contractor recommended this business for our flooring needs and the entire experience was first class. These folks are very professional, happy to help with whatever your flooring needs are, and appreciative of your business. My wife and I are very happy with our new hardwood flooring.

Floorcrafters just completed installing carpeting in the upstairs levels of our home and vinyl plank throughout the finished basement.Their service and attention to detail was flawless. This was not our first experience with them. They had previously installed hardwood for us on the main level of our home in Lora Bay. All three jobs were completed with the same professionalism and by gentlemen who were thoughtful and meticulous in their workmanship.Great company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I contracted Floorcrafters for my bathroom reno and could not be happier with the way I was treated by Nicole and Tim, and the quality of both the materials and the installation. The plank-style barn board tile looks stunning and thanks to the in-floor heating I now have a very functional and fabulous floor! With the bright white subway tile in the shower the bathroom has a very clean and classy look, great job Floorcrafters!

We recently built a house in Collingwood, ON. We purchased all our flooring and tile from Floorcrafters and had them install it as well. The team at Floorcrafters were amazing! From helping us select tile to working tirelessly to ensure all of it was installed on our timelines. We were so pleased with their customer service and quality of work. Thanks to all of you for a job well done and a wonderful experience. It is nice to work with a quality team of people when doing a large project. As a contractor I have given floorcrafters a few tries and have been dissapointed each time. This store is really better for homeowners and not as a supply for contractors. Stock and prices are an constant issue. I speak for 3 other companies as well that share the same view. Good for the public and doing small jobs but avoid it for material supply.

Great experience from start to finish. Overall, we're thrilled with the results, and the process was easy and comfortable thanks to the customer service from the entire team!I appreciated Tim's honest and frank advice on finishes while we were making our selections; he helped direct us to better quality finishes than we expected within our budget. Nicole was quick on responses to our questions throughout the entire process, and did prompt delivery/revisions of quotes when needed.Once the work was approved, the products arrived within a couple of weeks, and installs were booked right away. Installers showed up as scheduled, and did great work. We installed some of our own hardwood, and Ken came to our house to help get us started with a quick tutorial, which is totally above and beyond.

Just got off the phone with one of their employees May 4th 2022 at 8:15 a.m. asking about stair nosing.I was utterly appalled at the lack of customer service and straight up arrogance.Not that I would have a need to shop there, but I definitely won't be.

Excellent service, Marilyn in particular was very supportive and approachable. The, selection as well was amazing!

This review is for work done over a year ago. I appreciate the work performed more now than at the time of delivery when we were taking in all the features of an entire new home build.The design decision help from Nicole and quality installation by Mike and Adam delivered great results for our new home.And the follow-up service on the one and only cracked tile was also well done.I would use Floorcrafters again and highly recommended them.
