We did a full kitchen reno in 2021 but skipped on the patio door. I didn’t think just changing the patio door would make such a huge impact and truly finish the space off!! Not to mention we were living with a broken 20 year old sliding door.Arctic vinyl was professional and responsive during the quoting period. During installation, the workers were so kind, clean and quick! They moved all necessary outdoor furniture out of the way and put everything back the way they found it!Highly recommend them for windows & doors, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent experience, 3 workers came at 9:00 am and worked straight to 7:30 pm removing the old windows and installing the new windows with free aluminum framing, meticulous and careful, reviewed the window operation of each window, worked on the window installation upon it was perfectly level and free sliding, cleaned up any waste and took it with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this service and I already have to friends and family. Always courteous and polite. Worked until the job was complete

Mike and the team at Arctic Vinyl recently installed a new front door and set of windows for us. My wife and I are very pleased with how it turned out. From the beginning, Mike was very professional and personable, visited our house and provided great initial information and selection on products. He was also able to provide a photo mock-up of how the door and sidelite would look on our house, as well as colour recommendations.On the day of, the install team was just as professional and took care of any remaining trims, our wood floors, and after finishing, they cleaned up well. The installation itself turned out excellent – I would recommend Mike and Arctic Vinyl’s services to any friends and family.

We recently hired Arctic Vinyl to install a new patio door to replace an existing leaky one after some research in discussion forums. From start to completion, Mike Nolet and his installation team provided professional and excellent customer service. Mike guided us to choose the right product in his showroom and he was extremely responsive to all our questions. The two person installation team was polite, tidy and on time. It took an afternoon to complete the installation and the team cleaned up all work areas well. The new door looked nice and performed well and we considered the price paid was reasonable and fair. Last but not least, Mike gave us a post-project visit to make sure all things were operated smooth. We have no reservation to recommend this company.

In spring of 2022 we started our search for a reputable company to undertake our large project to replace all of the windows in our home (32 windows). Given this is a big investment we decided to prioritize our search to find a company with outstanding reviews for both quality of product and installation services, which is how we found Arctic Vinyl Windows and Doors. From the moment we called the office to schedule a visit for a quote to the last day when everything was installed and finished, the service was impeccable! From the initial call, the staff were pleasant, accommodating and quickly arranged an onsite visit for a quote, to showcase their products and to answer all of our questions and concerns. The sales representative we dealt with, Alex, was very honest, had a wonderful attitude, was very knowledgeable and best of all he was NOT pushy! He took the time to navigate through our house to look at our existing windows, provided his suggestions and visions for our new windows and guided us to find the best solution for our specific needs and budget. Alex went above and beyond our expectations and went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the service and product. He was also aware of the government rebate application process and provided us with the links to the appropriate websites to apply. We greatly appreciated the fact that he was easy to get a hold of either via phone or email both prior and post installation and followed up with us once the project was completed to ensure everything went as planned. To say this was the most incredible company we have worked with is an understatement. Their prices were very competitive, the staff and installers were very competent and knowledgeable and there were no surprises throughout the entire process from beginning to end. The installation took place the first week of July 2022 once the windows were manufactured and inspected. The installation crew arrived on time every day and kept us apprised of which areas in the house they would be working in and when the work would be completed. They were very polite, professional, and courteous and made sure all areas were clean and free of debris and obstructions, which was important for us as we have 3 young children, one with special needs. The installation was completed on schedule and the finished product looks outstanding! Immediately after installation, we noticed a significant difference with the efficiency of our air conditioning as the air circulation is now evenly distributed throughout our house. My husband and I are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the outstanding workmanship given to the final product from the caulking on the outside to the framing on the inside. We started looking into replacing the windows in our house. We selected 4 distributors to give us a quote. We found part-owner Mike of Arctic Vinyl to be knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. We were going to change all the windows in our house but decided to just change the main floor ones because Mike told us that the lower level windows were in good shape. We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Arctic Vinyl. We thoroughly vetted contractors, including big-name companies in the windows industry. However, we ended up choosing AV. Kevin, one of the owners, met with us and presented their products with no pluff. Although the installation was done in January, in the middle of winter, it went very smoothly. The installers, Riza and his men, were fast and efficient. Overall, we are happy with the product and service.
