I initially went in search of the quality gift sets I found on their online site and walked away with a great experience.Very serene interior, great curated tea selection and custom ceramic pieces on display.Owner is reserved, yet personable and knowledgeable as well.FYI They have limited seating that is catered towards a more intimate tea service offered (nice date idea for sure).

I was disappointed that they moved to a new location because I thought the old one was so nice and cosy, but having been to the new location, it's a charming and airy space. Everything inside is top quality, and they've prioritized using wood, glass, ceramics, and plants to make a warm, natural-feeling shop that is a genuine pleasure to be in. Currently they sell tea and kombucha, but the plan is to have onigiri and bento boxes available for lunch, and desserts on the weekend. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the bustle of Main Street, then this place is a must-visit.Between last week and this week they've changed their hours to only open at noon, and now I can't fit a visit in between my work shifts. I hope it's only temporary.

The best place for tea! Jude is absolutely lovely, the selection is fantastic, and the tea tastings are definitely worth the money. I highly, highly recommend.

Great place to buy tea ware and loose leaf tea of various kinds (green, white, oolong, pu’erh, etc.). Owner was very knowledgeable and kind. The store has a nice atmosphere with a lot of plants.

Had an extremely informative and pleasant chinese tea brewing lesson and tasting with Jude. Fair prices and great atmosphere. Definitely will be returning when I'm back in town.

Cultivate offers a vision of tea that believes in the finest details of its growing habitats and extraction process.Cultivate makes trips to the mountains where their wild tea is harvested and can speak about the difficulties that their supplier has in harvesting the tea leaves. If you sit at the tasting bar, you will get a multi-infusion tea pouring and can taste the quality in their leaves as the flavours shift between each infusion.Brilliant. And a wonderful, meditative experience each time I visit.

Cultivate Tea
I took my tea-loving sister to Cultivate for a tea tasting on her birthday. We have been to a number of other tea shops, but this one really knocked our socks off! The exposure to pleasantly shocking flavours, great stories, and enriching history made this experience the opposite of a regret. The space has a great atmosphere with wonderfully abundant plants. Nestled in Mount Pleasant, it's a gem to add to your list.

So good! Jude & Lynn are well-versed in teas and tea preparation. I originally visited their old location on South main years ago. The space is a serene and beautifully designed hangout, just off the bustling street.Go in and watch time slow down, get lost in conversation with someone in your bubble, or chill out with a good book. Both the tea and kombucha selection are extensive. The commissary space has all of the teas and ceramics you could need, and their rotating snack menu always has great small bites.
