The individuals from Choice Home Care are very good, and they treat their clients well. My only issue is that they are not assertive enough when assuring that the services requested are indeed completed during each and every visit. I do realize that there is a balance to be found and that their role is not one of police BUT there is a bit too much niceness" with clients who need a firm push in the right direction.I would recommend Choice Home Care to anyone who needs extra service that falls somewhere between independent living and assisted care. Its been almost a year now that I've had help with my husband and its been a consistently positive experience. We've had the same PSW all this time and she's been a lifesaver, it was like having Mary Poppins. show up at the door. My husband trusts her completely and I feel very secure about leaving him. She is a real professional and a caring person who is outstanding at her job.

The team at Choice Homecare is caring and accommodating. A relative needed some help around the house and now he has wonderful cleaner that he really likes. This was my first time dealing with a home care agency, and everyone I've dealt with has been really kind and helpful.

From the first contact with Sharon, the care coordinator, to discuss the care plan and arrange subsequent adjustments to the care schedule to the awesome care and attention my mom received from a Choice Home Healthcare PSW named Islande, this company has stood out among others. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently started using this company to help my sister who lives in a retirement home. I have found everyone whom I have been in contact with uniformly excellent. Elena in the office has been very caring and also efficient and answers emails promptly. She also emails me with concerns and suggestions. Adolfo in accounting has been very helpful and caring and also is very prompt with emails. Lanny my sister’s caregiver has been very caring and compassionate and recently suggested something that hugely improved my sister’s quality of life. Nashma also accompanied my sister to a dental appointment and I understand that went very smoothly. All in all, an excellent organization that I would not hesitate to recommend!

We have been using their services for the past 6 months. Once we had chosen a schedule appropriate to Mom's needs, Windsome the PSW assigned by Choice homecare started on a regular basis. She has been excellent with Mom, seeing to her every need. And on most days doing more than what is asked of her.

Sabina has been an absolute life saver for my family. She is fantastic with my dad who can be a challenge. Not only does she provide great care for him but the house is always sparkling after her visit as she takes it upon herself to clean while my father sleeps. Sabina is worth her weight in gold and I hope she is appreciated for the amazing work that she does.

Hi Choice Home Care. I just want to thank you for providing the most amazing Personal Support worker, Nashma. She is always cheerful, and drives me anywhere to accomplish my errands. She accompanies me on shopping excursions, and is quick to point out if I am considering buying anything overpriced. When I tried x-country skiing, she waded through the snow to pull me out of a snow bank. I consider her to be a very good friend.Thanks for sending her
