It was so easy to book with 604Handyman and Todd was so great! He communicated well with me before, during, and after the job, was flexible with time and what I needed done, and definitely did the drywall repairs/painting up to the standard I was expecting. I would 100% recommend services and use again myself!

Made appointment to do the job. The day of, didn't call to say he cannot make it, instead I had to text him, so we rescheduled, and again made excuses that he cannot make it. I understand that he is running the business on his own. But I would recommend being upfront with his customers, as customer’s time is valuable. If we are expecting you to come the day you said you would, we blocked that day for that specific reason. In conclusion, Be upfront with your customers that you cannot get the job done, tell them, instead of making appointments promising that you will be getting the job done then leave them with a NO SHOW

So SO pleased! I am NOT a handy person so I had a bunch of small little tasks I need help with and Todd came over and helped me in a few hours! It may have seemed like a tiny job but helped me tremendously as now I can remove those little things off of my list. Will keep Todd on speed dial from now on - recommended! :)
