Bright, modern and clean apartment buildings. Management is friendly and very quick to respond to requests and they also follow up to ensure tenants are satisfied. Online tenant portal makes payments and all other communication externally easy and convenient. Grounds are always kept clean. Location is very convenient for groceries, pharmacy, gas stations and many other stores.

Expensive modern apartment buildings now owned by REIT group. Nice underground garage (if you can get it). Limited parking, quiet neighborhood. Mixed population of tenants from university to elderly and mature families. Property management is average. Some buildings have heavy smokers. Could be good as a temporary rental solution. I paid 1590 CAD/mth including 50 CAD/mth garage parking fee. Electricity and water is not included and on average it is around 110 CAD/mth via Wyse Metered Solutions provider.

We moved here a couple months ago and we're very happy with Parkwood. The building is maintained nicely and cleaners are present almost every day. The place is very tidy and spotless. It's also a newer building (est. 2019) and floors/walls are in very good condition. Sophia, the site administrator, does a great job managing the buildings and answering any questions/concerns that come up. Highly recommmend!

Can't say enough about how beautiful the apartment and location is! Super clean amenities, parking lots, lobbies & buildings. Super easy renting, payment systems in place, website, etc. Very well looked after by the best Building Manager me and my wife have ever met! 100% Recommended!

We have been here for 2 years. Researched the builder and they have a good reputation, as well as the management, Goodwin! Then we found out it was sold to Northview REIT.....and it was so poorly run ... until a couple of months ago when Greenwin came back and saved the day!!!Rent is average cost, new and modern, backs onto green space, it is certified “blue” built home, however parking can be limited. Nice mix of people... no chain smoking on balcony!Happy with this management team and their responsiveness to issues that can arise.
