I went shopping for a new pillow. I didn’t receive a ton of help when I went in. But also, when I picked a pillow the sales person told me it was final sale because of sanitary reason. Totally agree. I got home and used it half the night before I realized it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The smell actually seeped through and stunk up my pillow cases and sheets. I ended up going to a different location and exchanging it for a new one. Which also looked new, I realize now that the one bought looked used. I probably wouldn’t recommend this location just because I feel gross knowing I used someone old stinky pillow.

After searching many stores and testing many beds, I ended at Sleep Country. My in-store experience, like my sleep in my new bed, was amazing. Associate Vince was very knowledgeable and engaging, listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions based on what type of sleep I wanted, size and price. Once I tried a memory foam, I was hooked. He explained delivery, financing and even an exchange option if I was not satisfied ( not gonna happen!)The delivery team called as scheduled the day of delivery, arrived on time and had my new bed set up within 15 minutes. In all, my Sleep Country experience was excellent and I highly recommend them!

Greg helped us out when we came to the store. We had a very nice experience. He listened to what we needed and what our price range was and he never tried to upsell us anything. He even went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress by finding one on sale from a different location. Its hard to find good sales representative these days. Greg is going to be my go to mattress guy moving forward.

We purchased a mattress as a wedding gift for our son and his fiancé at the Deerfoot Meadows location in Calgary. The service was exceptional! The staff took so much time and care explaining the different brands of mattresses and helped 'the kids' select exactly what was best for them. It was also very much appreciated to have such excellent insight on mattress protectors. Overall the best buying experience possible! Thanks Sleep Country!!

Our experience at the Deerfoot Meadows store was great. Friendly service and our salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and we were given lots of time. Delivery of our new bed was great, no issues.

After visiting numerous furniture stores in the area trying to find a bed frame and headboard we were about to give up hope when we decided to see what sleep country had. I was surprised with how much they actually had to choose from. Dexter was great help and got us set up with in now time.All the other stores either didn’t have the slats or were looming at 4-6 months to get stock. Sleep Country was able to get us the style we wanted the same day.

The salesman asked us if it was our first time in the store, we said yes and the funny thing is we also said not to give us a bad experience so i bought a bed frame and a mattress to ship to my house but when it arrived they delivered a complete different bed frame the worst thing is we were already expecting the bed that day and our old one is already gone and we had no place to sleep and we need to wait another whole week. Not so good.

1st class experience from walking in the Deerfoot Meadows store to buy a pillow to the delivery of our new bed a few days later. ( we did just go in for a pillow lol ) Andres treated us with respect, listening to what we needed, and set us up with a great bed. The delivery was very professional, the crew respected our home and our time. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you so much.
