We had an appointment booked to connect some new outlets to the exterior gas line, and arranged it at a time when we would be away. The follow-up leading up to the appointment was good, but then we never heard back from this person after the appointment date passed. We looked for another competitor in town instead to have the work completed. I can't comment on the quality of the work, but I can definitely comment on the level of commitment, which is mediocre.

The guys at Alberta Bound are amazing. Great response time, professional, friendly and went above and beyond for us.They came in right away when we had an issue with a clogged drain that another plumber couldn't fix. I had them check out a tap that had pressure issues that ended up turning into a much bigger fix, but they were amazing! I highly recommend them! Absolutely will use them for any plumbing needs.

Had Kyle and Steve in to fix a furnace and install some new taps. That morning the hot water heater erupted. They took it like absolute professionals and installed a new tank in addition to completing the rest of the repairs. And their price was VERY competitive and reasonable

Kyle came to my salon to fix a clog. He was able to come same day, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was very experienced in assessing the issue. My salon is in a 100 year old building, so the plumbing is very odd and confusing. He made sure to take his time and took numerous approaches to make sure he fixed the issue. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional and thorough. His rate was what he told me it would be and there were no surprises. I am so glad I called Alberta Bound Plumbing.

Last night it was -40 and our furnace stoppped working at around 1:30am. We called appprox 15 companies that were 24/7 open. Only 2 of them answered and we were told they could not get someone out to us until around noon the next day (which would have been to late in the -40 temps). We got a call back from Chris at Alberta Bound Plumbing at 2:30am. He walked me through everything and spent half hour on the phone with me until the issue was fixed and the furnace was back up running. Calling a complete Stranger to help them out in the middle of the night is absolutely second to none!! I will be recommending Alberta Bound Plumbing to Everyone. The Best Customer Service out there and Chris was a Great guy to deal with and Super Helpful.

We called Alberta Bound over the weekend regarding an issue with our furnace and they were able to help us the very next day. Josh, the Techician, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their service!

Wow, $550 for labor to fix a leaking fitting on a pump. Half a day's wages for a 1-hour job. Talk about stretching a job. Somehow he broke the fitting off the pump. So now he had to remove the pump. All the technician had to do was close the 2 valves on either side of the pump, cut out the pump, remove the leaking fitting and re-install. He went back to town to look for parts. Came back a few hours later without the pump. He installed a temporary line between the two valves with a galvanized union. This step was totally unnecessary. For a week before he showed up we ran the system with the pump already isolated. He wasted 2 hours in the afternoon of the first day putting in a temporary line that was unnecessary. He also drained the hot water tank for no apparent reason. Then he wasted time trying to remove the soldered tubing from the old pump. Finally he came back the next day and he installed a new pump because he was unable to remove the soldered piece from the old pump. He replaced a perfectly good pump. I bet you I'll have no trouble removing the tubing from the old pump. He replaced the galvanized union with a brass one. Then I get a bill for over $900. Brutal over charging.

We called Chris/Alberta Bound after our hot water flow was reduced to a trickle. We thought that we would need a new tank but Chris was able to fix the problem saving us that huge expense. Since that time Chris has helped us with several other plumbing issues. Thanks a lot Chris for your good work. Much appreciated

Our furnace broke on the Friday of the long weekend. We called around to find someone that could get out ASAP to repair. We are out in the country and have an electric furnace most companies had not even heard of. Alberta Bound answered the call at 11pm Friday evening and was able to get someone out to us to repair just before 8am Saturday. They very quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to track down the part we needed within hours (on the Saturday of a long weekend!). By early afternoon we had a working furnace at what we considered to be a reasonable charge (the replacement part was expensive but the time charged was reasonable). Would definitely recommend!

Chris and his team are my new plumbing and heating guys in Cochrane. I've used them to have my drains cleaned out, install a new hot water tank and to fix my furnace on last minute notice. They are always professional and courteous and very conscious of my property. They clean up very well when they are done and take care not to damage floors or walls when bringing equipment in and out of the house.Will use them over and over as long as I live in Cochrane!
