Our strata wrote a 1 year contract with them was told they would do an initial clean up for 1 month fee we signed contract no initial clean up was ever done.we inquired about this charge was told there was more to do then they thought set up meeting with manager who met with us on the property and admitted to us staff was hard to find and they had been doing a poor job we gave them 2 more months to get caught up didnt happen so we gave 30 day notice last month we had 1 guy show up for 36 minutes to blow leaves of the sidewalk and where charged for a full month in the 6 months we used them they did little more then mow lawns and clear the sidewalks way overcharged and didn't cover anything that they had in contract total waste of money and time I would not recommend these guys to anyone

One of your drivers need to be taught how to drive.

Have been watching them work on our strata property for the last year and all we see daily is a crew standing around with their hands in their pockets watching one person work, or, on their cell phones - constantly. Can't really speak to the quality of their work because it's still not complete, but what we've seen so far doesn't impress. Job site is ridiculously untidy and they leave cups, wrappers, debris etc. all over the place on a daily basis.

Safety to them is of little importance. Worked there, management is a s**t show. They promote based on quantity over quality. Lol

Whitestar company truck seen Taking up 2 handicapped parking spots at Coquitlam Center. Why?????? Are your morals handicapped????

Not recommended poor service and management team ... update seen some propertys in the langley north surrey area using whitestar thought i would take a walk around same garbage work shrubs not pruned leaves up against units and inbetweens curb edges dirty piled with sand and leaves in my opinion Whitestar still puts out poor work not recomended.

Poor service i wasnt sure if my lawn was being cut or someone was stealing a lawn mower very unkept and vulgar staff called the office with again poor service my strata looks worse then ever has

Poor management team. Safety is not a priority at Whitestar. you will be asked to supply your own dust masks instead of being provided them. They reward bad behaviour and those who work hard suffer for it. I wish i could put no stars. Fair warning to all.
