Be careful of this company. Sales manager is a fake. Service is terrible. No follow up. Machines are marked up with more then 50% available for a discount.Quick to take your money but slow to deliver.

I bought Several piece of equipment from Felder Group in Missisauga over the last 18 months.Jointer/Planer, 10’ sliding table saw, scisor lift table and dust collector.The service I got from my salesmen Jeff is top notch.He picks up the phone 90% of the time and when he doesn’t he always calls me back usually within 30 min.When I bought my table saw he took care of the shipping for me.The day after I got my table saw he sent a technician to drive 4 hours to my place to assemble and calibrate the saw.The technician (Prab), was also very friendly and when he left he gave me his personal cell number in case I needed to ask him some questions.I would give 6 stars if I could.Will buy from them again.

Just bought three machines at this place, a jointer/planer, table-saw and shaper from the Hammer series; no complains so far, they work well; regarding the staff, same appreciation, very friendly and professional; will recommend them for your next buy.

Very high end Austrian machinery. Love my F3 shaper.I recently received a FB510 Bandsaw and also a A341 jointer/planer from them this September of 2020. Jeff was my sales representative and was excellent all the way through. Prab was my technical contact and actually made the delivery in person and helped with setup and any questions. They always answer calls and emails if there is a need for communication. Really great experience.

Ridiculously bad company to deal with. From the used car, high pressure type sales staff to the rude and unhelpful service team. They do not stand behind their equipment and once they have your money you won't matter. Warranty is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere, fair warning.

We have been happy with the high quality machines from Felder and service from Jeff has always been exceptional.

The products and customer service are second to none. I have never been so happy with a purchase in my entire life. There were some minor problems with the order honestly mostly just misunderstanding. However Jeff and Shawn made sure to make it right. If you want the best you go Felder.

If you're looking for quality tools Felder is what you need. Bought my panel saw couple years ago and do not regret it, a young knowledgable technician drove 10h to get to my shop for a 4h setup and showed everything I needed to know. I knew at that time where I was going to buy my edgebander.Jeff is an awesome guy and knows what he's talking about and made my choice easy to get the g330 edgebander. Talk about after sales service this team is a 10! The technician,Prab, is an awesome guy that really knows the machines, we video chat as soon as I have an issue or not sure how to adjust the machine. Can't wait for the next purchase, seems like the Felder team is my friends when we talk to each otherKeep up the great work

Excellent quality tools. Service is efficient if I have any questions and I'm back into woodworking! I would definitely buy again ... who knows: I might even upgrade my C3-31.
