They are so nice and helped me out when I needed a music score bound. They made sure I got the score back before my next rehearsal and gave me a beautiful work of art in the end!

Was informed 2-3 weeks in April 2022, as they weren't busy but reminded me that as weeks progress further towards summer, time does increase. At the 3-4week mark, a call to apologize for the delay should have occurred. Instead I had to call at the start of week 5 to ask about its status. Was given the run around, that it had to be taken apart by hand, and then at the start of week 6, was told that they had a bunch of private orders come through and so it took longer. Then I was told it would be ready next day. No one said if I paid more for a rush I would have got it done faster when all the private orders came in. My church asked me to look into book binding companies that they wanted to use for around 300 texts, and I said I would use my precious 1932 Missal that follows the church service each Sunday and Feast Day and let them know who to select or not select as a result. What am I left to tell them due to lack of courtesy to 1 customer, that the big private jobs are what matter, and that when I call it a missal TWICE I am then told it's a BIBLE. There are over 350 parishioners at my church, another 400plus in a branch in Toronto, etc, and we all use a similar, but for some, a bigger Missal for all Sundays, Christmas, Easter, etc. Many of them would like to have their missal fixed after years of using them. What do I tell them?

I had a few hardcover books rebound with them. Each rebinding costs $20 and there was a $50 minimum charge. My books came out looking and feeling like new! I was very happy with their work.
