I went in with no appointment because I was told I needed brake pads by another place. Turned out I needed tie rods - big difference. They were so accommodating.Fixed my car very quickly and were so amazing! Took me and showed me what needed to replaced and explained how it worked. Would 100% recommend this shop. I will definitely use them in the future!

My wife has been taking her car there for years. We drive in from Lake Erie. Andy has always treated her with respect and fairly. Highly recommend.

Great automotive multi bay service center. Staff friendly, prices more thst fair. I drove in to have one of my headlamps replaced. 20 mins and $30 later it ws done. On a saturday morning.

What service!!!! We had a bad oil change in Burlington and called Speedy Auto Service at 824 Fennell in Hamilton for help. I explained the situation and Ryan said to bring the car in. He not only fixed the car but he did not charge me. I can’t believe how wonderful he was!! From now on my oil changes are all going to be done at Speedy Auto Service Hamilton Mountain. Thank you Ryan!!!

Honest, efficient and thorough, giving your car the attention it deserves and giving you your car back fixed right as soon as possible. What more could anyone ask for from a mechanic?

Went for a simple winter to summer tire change. They said brand new tires were needed, bought a whole new set from them. One tire had a slow leak and we went to Canadian Tire for other reasons and they advised it was a defective tire stem sensor that the leak was coming from and they could fix it for $20 but I said it was a new tire and Speedy should fix it at no charge. Took it to Speedy who did the repair and then they charged $70 to fix the defective tire they sold to us without advising of the cost beforehand. I will never be going back.Edit: I contacted the email provided in the owner's response and they did not reply or do anything. FYI!

They don’t care about customer, they just look to gain money. Price of services is very high. I did AC services and they charged me a lot without logic. I asked them to do tires balancing but they said that i have to replace the front right tire by 253 CAD. I did balancing for 4 tires by 40 CAD and the issue is solved. I found honesty, professionalism and affordability at this location. Took my Ford Escape 2017 in (2022) for a check engine light, we changed out some spark plugs and an engine coil. Didn’t fix the issue. So Andy suggested that I visit the dealership to address the problem. I did, thankfully because my vehicle was just shy of the extended warranty, under the recall for a Coolant leaking into the engine. The dealership had my vehicle for 89 days. After the repairs were done, I received reimbursement from the automaker for all the previous repairs and parts I made to address the Coolant leaking issue.I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, unless Speedy say so!Thank you guys!
