Terrible customer service, one of the ladies do not have any empathy for customer service, I am a customer who when there for a service , no a solicitor, very disappointed, personal from the old office had better customer service than this lady

Terrible customer service. I have been dealing with them for several years and have dealt with one sales manager who was personable and friendly. No one who answers the phones or sits at the front desk seems to be very concerned with helping customers.
