Staff were very nice. The receptionist was clear and concise. The medical staff took time to help with my issues.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. Called the Clinc around 9am to confirm my appt for 11am. Came 10 mins early to check in. Waited 45 mins to be place in a room and get my vitals taken. Waited 15 more mins for the NP to pop in her head in the door and said she will be back, waited a few more mins and I reached my breaking point and finally left. Worst experience ever and they wasted 1 HOUR OF MY TIME!!!!I did not receive any care at all.

New Dawn Medical saved my life. Not only do they help you, but teach you how to help yourself. Everyone there is incredibly nice, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. New Dawn Medical showed me that after all my failed attempts with other doctors and therapists over the years, there's no other place I will go again. Thank you to everyone for helping me take back control of my life!

A truly amazing walk in clinic. Everyone there was very compassionate and helpful. The secretary Maddy was very quick to take my vitals and I did not wait long at all. A very kind and sweet girl.The doctors I dealt with, I believe there names were Tega and Amelia…were very helpful and thorough when dealing with me. Overall a great walk in. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to see a doctor same day.

Emily & Adiene are always smiling happy. They are both very effective at there job and keeping things moving inside especially when it can seem crowded.Thanks ladies you make me being there every other day fun and relaxing.

This clinic is outstanding! It's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to speak to knowledgeable staff, nurse practitioners, as d a front reception where people smile genuinely. MyChart was created quickly and for future appointments they were able to be done over the phone with little or no notice. Pls check them out. You won't regret it. Parking is right out front and easy.

Had a great visit to this walk-in clinic. The secretary, maddy, was super quick to help assist me and assure that my experience was great. Definitely puts your mind at ease being helped by someone so compassionate and caring. A lot of other helpful people had assisted me and took care of me. Makes for a great experience knowing I’m being looked after by such great people! Thank you!!

After being transferred here from the Pickering office, I noticed a major difference in their way of operations and it was incredibly upsetting :( Very disorganized and forgetful. Was needed to call to confirm my appointments after the scheduled time/or would never receive a call. My pharmacy called their location after something that had happened with medication and my pharmacist was advised that this is not our patient". This could have been a major miscommunication however it was a little unsettling haha. Maybe something changed and maybe it could have been the timing of things..but after all of this
