Stadium Yards
Although it may seem like Stadium Yards is the perfect place to move in to don’t be fooled. It’s way too over priced for all the negatives: a huge loud fan on the inner side of the complex that will not let you sleep at night, fire alarms going off at 3 am or bright and early in the morning, and don’t forget the extra 100 dollars a month for underground parking where homeless people like to take a nap in your car. The list goes on, but at least the apartments themselves are nice…right? Anyways if your planning on moving in make sure you take caution in doing so.-Current Resident

When I moved in, I was immediately impressed with the workmanship. The attention to detail and layout, it was clear that a lot of thought went into this build. With a view of downtown, and the sounds from the stadium on game night, it was an added bonus. A great place to come home to.

The building is very nice and moderate and everyone seems very friendly. Love my apartment as it is spacious and bright. Morgan, Mouny, and Jen were super helpful with getting everything done for me for a quick move-in date.

Very modern building and great views! Underground parking for residents and not too difficult to find outdoor parking. It is located right beside the lrt station too. The apartments are very modern looking. Would definitely recommend this rental property!

Serena at Stadium Yards is definitely the rockstar at this complex! She made our sons move in effortless and was fantastic to work with! Great place to live!

I came from Quebec City with my boyfriend to live in Edmonton and we really enjoy staying at the stadium yard! Not only the multiple amenities but the staff there are always available to help us! I feel safe and at home.

Great apartment, very clean and great amenities. The Rohit staff is also very friendly and super helpful for any sorts of needs. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I moved in last Friday and I was so impressed with the property management team at stadium yards. Mouny is the leasing coordinator who help me since day one, he was super nice, patient with all the questions I asked, he even gets back to me on his day off! I’m moving in from out of province, he made my moving a lot easier…
